So now that lineplay is all pay to win I’ve found another great game that imo is better. It’s called Love Nikki, it’s a dressup game (which is one of the key points in LP). It’s a very progressive game that requires you to go through chapters build up the amount of items you have get items to create other ones. This seems to be a very well thought out game that I assume very actively listens to their users so that they get the most joy out of the game. There’s just so many good things rather than bad that I can’t list them all without giving every single detail about the game. It’s just really good and if you’re super frustrated with LP, want to delete if from your phone, start another game, take a break, etc.... than I recommend this one a lot.
You can get almost everything without having to pay at all. Most items are relatively cheap and easy to get.
Most in game currency is relatively cheap to attain with another in game currency
When there is a pay to win event you can potentially buy any “pack” to get the item (even if it’s the cheapest.
Limited edition items come back later so that you have the chance of getting them again.
Every currency is available to you without having to purchase (and is extremely easy to get).
They run 2 active Facebooks (1 is for the western hemisphere and the other for the eastern (I think) (both are in English) (the reason there’s 2 is b/c eastern is way ahead b/c I think that's where the game originally came from)
On the Facebook they’re always giving out tips so that their players know what to do and give hints for the future
They have Facebook events as well (which I think there’s only a couple of winners)
The players are always helping each other on the Facebook group (rather than begging for in-game currency or being angry that they didn’t win the social media event)
There are WAY MORE things to do (I haven’t been playing that long and I’m pretty sure I still haven’t figured out every feature or have found out every single thing I can do in the game.
The prizes for events are really nice and everyone gets something even if you’re in last place
You never lose any items even when they’re used for something else
Free items are given out a lot (like login event) (riddle events)
Lots of guides update online to give tips on events within a couple of minutes/hours (which makes events much easier)
I already have 520K Coins from playing for like 2 weeks (where as in LP that would take me months of active playing
Almost no social interactions (in-app) (which is a key point in LP).
Some events are to short for people who don’t want to pay to get all the items (but they do come back later and it’s still possible to get the item you want the most)
No trading/swapping with other people (but that’s given b/c that would probably cause cheating)
Stamina takes along time to restore
Challenges take up a good amount of stamina (imo) (this is also me just being picky b/c I want every item I can get rn
Some challenges/events can be hard if you don’t know what to do and how to get you’re score up (but later you’ll find out how if you just look around the game)
This game is more geared towards the frilly and “girly” type there’s no male option for ava (but there’s lots of boyish clothing
I‘ve had no luck figuring out how to change my avas skin color (there is an option for it when dressing up but there’s no way to get it nor have I seen other avas that aren’t pale skinned)
Everyone starts out as the same character (you can’t change your skin color, eye color, gender etc...)
