She could feel his gaze on her but avoided to meet his eyes. She knew that it would be harder to say her piece if she made eye contact. Those blue eyes and those cheekbones were weapons. â You have an odd way of showing it.â She was not sure that she believed him and his sugary words. How could he care about her and then just disappear after they had the most wonderful time ? How could he care about her and publicly humiliate her by going out with Charlene while they were supposed to be a thing ? He cared more about her father and his than he did about her. â Great.â Only she wished her family had not spun that break up story to the press to try to control the narrative and damage control Lizzieâs reputation. If it had been up to her, she would have wanted their little charade to continue and for fiction to become reality. She had been so naive.  â Yes you toyed with me.â Or whatever he wished to call it. The result was the same. Lincoln had been all charming and she had felt for it. She had thought they had something special but apparently she had been mistaken.
âI donât do fun.â She never slept around or played seduction games with people. When Lizzie started something, she intended to see it through. She was in it for the long game not for the short bliss one could feel when flirting and dating. â I thought you liked me.â She tensed as he moved closer to her. â I liked you.â She always had been genuine with him. There had been no doubt about her feelings when they had been together. She was not one to hide her emotions. Her smiles had not been forced. Her touches had been eager. She had meant every words she had told him.Â
She was genuinely hurt and he could see it in the way she spoke, the simple great, and the way that she continued the conversation as if it was one she had been having with herself for a while. He knew he had been laying on the charm thick, he had done all the right things and pushed all the right buttons. He had thought at the time it was a mutual understanding of why each button he had chosen to press within her was pushed, that she had been playing the same games with him. Hearing that her intentions were genuine, that when she kissed him back it was more than just the logical progression of their intricate dance with one another. It was a genuine wanting. Seeing her tense as his body pushed itself towards him gave him slight pause. He didnt want to make her uncomfortable, but he didnt want to allow her too much distance, he had always been this close with her, always let their bodies stay on the line between too close and not close enough. He placed a hand on his lips and let his fingernails graze over his lips. He wanted nothing more than to know what to say to her, but words escaped him. She had been one of the most genuine people he had ever met, the idea finally becoming painfully evident to him, that she would have never played the game with him that he did with her. She was incapable of being so disingenuous. Lincoln bit his lip softly before letting his hands cup hers. He brought her hands to his lips and kissed her fingertips softly, nothing meant by the movement, just feeling the need to comfort her in the way that he knew best. âI didnt know lilybeth..â he uttered his hands releasing hers, though not leaving her, he rested them against her calf.Â
@tfniels
The week had been excruciating. He had spent most of it using everything that he could to escape. The night in question was no different. Laying shirtless in his bed he puffed at a joint he had rolled and let his stormy blue eyes lazily dance over the screen in front of him. He had wanted to escape, wanted to not think about the words that had been said to him by the man he had grown to care about so much. He hadnt realized what a hole it left in his week when the smaller brunette had not been around. He was sure that things between them were thoroughly through. Nothing left to say, it was clear, Lincoln Connors was the monster that he had been made out to be, and all that was left to do was live with himself. He was ready to put the jay down when he heard the knock. He checked his phone first, no messages, it wouldnt be the first time someone had shown up at his place without a warning, but who? He took a breath in and released it in a huff when he pushed his body out of bed, setting down the jay he made his way down the stairs from his bedroom to the living room. There was no second knock, and he wondered if they would have left by the time he would have gotten to the door. While a late night adult sleepover wasnt out of the question, it wasnt what he was looking for tonight. He opened the door without looking through the peep hole, his shirtless body now facing the brisk cold, he didnt know if it was the sight of him or the cold that brought goosebumps to his skin. He didnt know what to do. He was never speechless. However in this moment, his mouth agape and his head cocked to the side in confusion he just looked at him. Fuck was he gorgeous. Lincoln finally came to his senses, his hands on either side of the doorframe. âheyâ he breathed out into the nightÂ

AT THIS POINT SHE KNEW THE GAME probably better than she wouldâve liked to. a guy would say something sheâd wanted to hear, she would willingly listen and nod, letting go of the situation entirely until something like that happened again. granted, it wasnât exactly a common thing in this particular relationship of hers; however, as much as she detested to admit, lincoln was no differentâ especially, given his relationship history ( or the mediaâs portrayal of them ). she wanted to feel some other way about it, and god sheâd lie if she said she hadnât tried to. sheâd presumably done her best to discard whatever distaste she had for any sort of drama that didnât have anything to do with her; though, this time it did, seeing as the whole conversation was circling around them and there was no way of getting out of it. before she could gather the courage to utter another word, she was being pulled away from the crowd, heels clicking against the floors louder and faster than usual as she tried to keep up with lincolnâs long strides. a gust of wind suddenly hit her skin, and the only thing crossing her mind was the gratitude towards her stylist for choosing something long-sleeved. although, new york winter couldnât be considered brutal, for some reason the air felt a whole lot colder than it shouldâve. it pricked at her face like needles, goosebumps distracting her from the troubling thoughts clouding her mind. she still had to respondâ she had to say something to, at least, ease her mind because going in circles wasnât going to change anything. â i know you are, and, um.. iâm sorry, too, â charlene spoke after what seemed to be an eternity, arms crossing in front of her chest. â i truly wish i could give you any legitimate reasoning behind everything that happened over the last couple of weeksâ but i canât. â at least, she was being honest with herself, which she hadnât been able to do for a long time at this point. even if she had any idea as to what pushed her to the point where she felt the need to blow up at both lincoln and nova ( who wasnât even a part of the conversation, but hey, charlie saw an opportunity and the rest just happened ), she probably wouldnât be able to explain everything in a way that would make him understand. however, what she didnât understand was the sudden force that pushed her to wrap her arms around his shoulders, head dropping to hide in his suit. â iâm sorry for being such a shitty friend to you, â she muttered, voice barely above whisper. â we were never supposed to be dragged into this shit. â
Lincoln let the cold air be the thing that forced the air from his lungs every time he exhaled, the piercing night keeping him grounded. He was unsure of what to do now that the admissions had made their way out into the void of cold New York. He didnt know what to say, until he felt her arms around him, her head tucked into his jacket and his body took over, I know how to do this, it said. He wrapped his arms around her, and brought her close to him, a small breath let out to sync their breathing as he rested his head on top of hers. âI know bambiâ he let out, his body pushing closer to hers still, he kissed the top of her head and just let this moment breathe. Let it be for a minute, let no words leave his lips, let his mind go blank. He broke it with the most simple utterance. âyou and me will always be good, at least in my booksâ he pulled away just enough to see her face and tried to catch her eyes, but couldnt, for some reason there was something too honest about what he had said and his body didnt want to deal with what his mind had overflown out into existence. He continued âyou have nothing to be sorry for. This is just the life we live.â He pulled her back into his chest. He just held her for a long moment and let the cold air whip around them. He knew this was far from over, that they had a lot more to work through, and that the moment they stepped back inside, things would be the same as they always had between them. Chides and taunts, playful grins and knowing glances, but right now in this moment there was no walls, no borders, and Lincoln didnt want to let that go yet.Â
reignxnova·:
anyone who knew nova knew the girl found her peace in her music, in her work. it was the one thing no one could take from her. it was her own little happy place if you thought about it like that. thatâs why as she sang with her band mates she had a smile on her face, even when singing about a topic that always hurt her heart. even if she was sad on the inside she was happy on the outside and that was all that mattered right now. she looked at the band mate closest to her as she sang the last note and let out a soft laugh before looking down at her lap for a second. looking up she looked over at the dj with her bright smile as he signed off for a commercial break as her and the said bye as well. it was then she turned her head and looked through the glass making eye contact with the one person she truly didnât want to see. sighing her smile dropped from her face as she stood up. she stopped when one of the girlâs grabbed her wrist and she shook her head looking back at them before she pulled her arm back to her side and made her way to the door walking out to meet with lincoln, âwhat are you doing here?â
Watching her as she moved to be closer to him, was frankly a lot to handle, from the way that he friends almost tried to stop her, from the way that she soured in his presence. He used to make her light up, used to watch the sun shine through her eyes as she laughed. How far they had come. He let a small smile play itself across his features and took a few steps to close the distance between them. âI wanted to watch you perform, its the first time you have been close enough for me to not have to make it a thingâ he said with a small shrug. That wasnt the real reason, he wanted to apologize to her, he didnt know what had possessed him to want to do this, because standing in front of her now, the words wouldnt come. He felt them, but they were not going to bubble to the surface, and he knew it. âIve always loved seeing you so happy up thereâ he said with a smile, knowing how unbelievably inappropriate that admission was. He had no right to see her so happy, he had no right to see her ever, but here he stood, uninvited and unwanted, one feeling he knew well, the other was new.Â
The young billionaire had greased many palms to get into this private taping of a studio session. He hadnt had to work so hard, in the past, but given their recent spats the price on seeing her was set a lot higher. He didnt mind paying, he walked through the doors of the studio, late as always, they were half way through their first song when he was ushered into the sound room. He looked at her through the glass, watching her sing was intoxicating as always. It was always so good to see her so passionate, so in the zone, it was impossible to not admire some one when you saw them so passionate. He smiled a bit and mentally recited every word with her. Her music hadnt been his taste, but she had been, and he recalled the hours watching her sing softly in his apartment. He smiled and watched her finish her first song, he knew they would be going to commercial and she would look up from where she was and see him. He knew her face would sour, so he took the few moments to admire her, even if just from a distance, and when the DJ came back with his signature sign out, his eyes met hers.Â

even though heâs already showed weakness in the clearest form, heâs still trying to be the most chill about it. hand moves to quickly wipe the tears away, as if to get rid of evidence. heâs fine. this really isnât such a big deal, is it? he wipes his fingers into the material of the slightly oversized friday the 13th t-shirt, sniffles, but expression remains composed. now, heâs felt so many different emotions these past fifteen minutes that when the other speaks again, niels is not even sure how to react. his heart technically canât sink any deeper, stomach can only twist and turn so much and it still feels like his knees might give in at any second, so he just watches the boy with those empty, tired eyes of his. to everyoneâs surprise, there are no more tearsââweâre over that part, come back in three years. heâs moved on for the night, accepted defeat even though the dude clearly said something about having feelings for him. niels doesnât want to go deeper into itââ at least not now. he figures the right moment will come. or maybe it wonât? either way, right now, niels wants nothing more than to disappear for a couple of days, lock himself up in his room, get high and watch documentaries about serial killers and forget heâs a real, living, human person. but firstââ âaye, stop that.â he figures he might at least try to part on okay-ish notes. âiâm not saying youâre the fuckinâ.. devil himself, or.. whatever. thatâsââ not what i meant.â he shakes his head. ânor am i.. protecting myself from you. i-â a pause. moment of hesitation. âi just need some time, okay? âm sorry.â he mumbles. âiâll.. see ye âround?âÂ
The pain was the first thing that was noted, like a literal stab in the chest it was getting harder for him to breathe, he clenched his jaw just a little bit and turned back to look at him. The man he cared for so deeply standing before him and he could only see a stranger. In his head this conversation went differently, they would be on the couch smoking together at this point, his arms around him as they passed a joint from one set of lips to the next. He would be biting at his earlobe and making stupid comments about the universe, as he listened to the other on one of his signature rants. This however was not the reality that they lived in and Lincoln had to accept that harsh truth. âokayâ was all he could utter in response. The male had always been known for his effortlessness, the way he could breeze through situations as if nothing phased him and nothing got under his skin. That was not the man who stood in front of Niels. He hated it, he hated being so out of control. He pulled at the door once more and finally exited the apartment out to the cold January night morning. He looked back once more âyeah, maybeâ he said with a small shrug at the goodbye being offered up by Niels. He shook his head and closed the door behind him. Walking out into the night he pulled out his phone, composing a message that he knew would never be sent before deleting it all and shoving the phone back into his pocket.
nathaniel is adding drinking less to his list of resolutions for 2020. the only thing worse than the hangover heâd spent most of new yearâs day nursing was the realization heâd said much more than he probably should have to lincoln whilst under the influence. not that it isnât already blatantly obvious that he likes lincoln as more than a friend, whether or not that involves benefits, he hadnât exactly planned to say it out loud so soon. or, well, ever. lincolnâs not the kind of person to settle down and heâd known that from the beginning. nathaniel hadnât pursued him in the hopes that one day theyâd fall madly in love and move to paris. itâs just that something happened along the way, and things had changed, and heâd ended up more attached to him than originally intended. so, naturally, heâd done the most adult thing he could possibly do and panicked, left in the morning, and spent the last week dodging him in the streets to avoid him. if they donât discuss it, if lincoln doesnât have to spell it out for him that heâll never feel the same way, then maybe their happy little facade wonât have to come to an end. maybe, just maybe, lincoln doesnât even remember it. there are parts of it that nate doesnât remember himself, his memory muddled with drinks, and he fears for what those missing fragments may reveal. the shock is written on his face when he opens his door one night to find lincoln standing on the other side of it, especially because lincoln doesnât just show up. or at least he never has before. âoh. hi,â he greets him, dumbly. itâs not that he isnât happy to see him. his presence is almost like a shot of tequila in itself with how it makes his heart race. âcome inside. i think i have something that belongs to you,â he recalls, inviting him into the foyer while he wanders off, reappearing with a pair of washed and neatly folded sweatpants and sweatshirt heâd borrowed when he slept over and, admittedly, spilled his drink all over his own clothes. âwasnât gonna give them back until i figured out how much they cost, so iâd just feel bad keeping âem.â @lincolnconnorsâ
The idea had come to him almost like a dream, it was terribly unlike Nate to not answer him. With everyone else it was almost a given, there was ghosting done by both parties, but never with Nate, it was like he was always there for him. He had admittedly taken it for granted in a way he had never intended to. It became evident when the words slipped from his partners drunken lips at the turn of the decade. He couldnt imagine ever mattering to anyone, let alone someone as breathtakingly beautiful, unflinchingly brilliant, and perfectly understanding as Nathaniel. The thought alone was enough to have a cold shiver down his spine, the idea that he had something like that, and over looked it, pushed that person away, forced them to retreat. It had woken him from sleep, it had pushed him out into the night, it had put him five miles from his own front door and in front of Nathaniels. He knocked, Nathaniel answered. It was relieving. He was immediately asked inside and that alone was another relief to a fear he didnt know he had, what if he hadnt invited him over. He followed him inside, taking off his shoes. Presuming that he would at least have enough time to make that gesture worth it. He walked into the living room and waited. It was odd. He had always followed him straight back to the bedroom, to immediately find their bodies pressed so close together that he could tell where one started and the other ended. He looked around the apartment as he waited and took note of everything, finding new appreciation he hadnt taken the time to notice beforehand. As he reappeared with his clothes, Lincolns brow furrowed, before laughing just a bit. It had been by anyones standards two expensive articles of clothing, but those thoughts never passed through Lincolns mind. He shook his head and didnt even reach for them. âI gave them to you, they are yours.. I dont need them backâ he said before actually taking the clothes and setting them on the counter. âIm not here for my clothesâ he said taking a step in his direction. âI missed youâ he said chewing on the inside of his lip. This felt very real, very personal, and it made him want to push everything away. Made him wonder why he was here, but his body had pushed him forward thus far, he hoped his brain would shut off as it had in the drive to Nates. He hoped his heart would take over, that everything else could be effortless. He knew he wouldnt be so lucky, but he would sure try. Â
fysebastian·:
sebastian chews on his lip as he looks at his friend, wishing more than anything that he could believe it were true. the way lennon had looked at him, it sure felt like he hated him. it felt like they hated each other, and heâs not quite sure to make of that. maybe they rushed into things, maybe they shouldnât have gotten married in the first place. they hadnât been back together for all that long, but with twenty years of pining under his belt you think theyâd be able to make this work. sebastian knows heâs not husband material, but surely more dysfunctional couples than them have been able to work things out. âi donât know why i ruin everything thatâs good,â he breathes, which is what it feels like. obviously, he hasnât ruined everything. not yet. he has lincoln, he has a handful of friends who have been there for him when he needed it, he has a job that he loves and many people would kill for. but despite this heâs been lonely for most of his life, just wandering around aimlessly in search of a way to quell that ache in his heart. he was so sure heâd figured it out until now. âitâs like iâm incapable of being happy for too long. maybe âcause i feel like i donât deserve it. do you ever feel like that?â he asks, searching lincolnâs face desperately, just wanting somebody to understand. not that heâd ever wish that on him. âbien sĂ»r que non, you deserve all the good in the world.â
Lincoln could feel the storm brewing inside of him, and if he it had been anyone else, it wouldnt have been so apparent to him. In the time that he knew Sebastian he found something deep within him that so closely resembled himself that it was almost scary. In these moments it was like his thoughts were being shouted at him by the smaller males eyes. He could see every worry and every doubt and every bit of pain that was in there, because it resided within him too. He took a moment, hearing his small statement, he pressed his lips to his forehead, keeping them there for a brief moment before pulling away and sighing ever so softly as he heard him continue. âI..â he started before he was cut off by his best friend speaking to him in French, a laugh escaped his lips. He couldnt help it, it still shocked him that someone, anyone, saw him the way that Seb did. It was endearing. He let the laugh subside and pulled him in tighter before starting to speak. âbien sĂ»r je comprend, tu ne me vois pas comme je suisâ he said back, his words reverberating through his chest before starting to speak once more âI understand more than anyone else on this planet, what that feels like. When was the last time that I truly had someone, that I let everything go, that I pushed past everything I perceive as holding me back and just let go like you did?â he looked down at him for a moment. âwhat you did was the strongest, bravest thing anyone could do, just letting yourself love and be loved by someone else.â he looked down into his eyes and did not break the contact âbut people are fucking messy, and sometimes shit gets too tough and you lose sight of your strength, but mon amour, you are one of the strongest people I have ever metâ he placed one more kiss on top of his head âthe only other person who compares is Jesse, and if any two people can work through shit its you two.â he spoke against his forehead. He pulled away once more and took a deep breath in. âyou arent the person you are describing, you deserve happiness, and you will feel it againâ he said finally.Â
eltvnsâ:
in a moment, elton switched off whatever kind of emotion heâd previously been feeling. eyes brightened in the slightest and it obviously was a facade, but it was one he needed nonetheless. a moment of weakness nearly caused a breakdown and that would wait until his company had left for the evening. swiftly turning his body so he was facing lincoln, a lopsided smile formed over his lips and he chanced a glance upward at the boy who was holding him like it was the most natural thing in the world, and to elton, it strangely was. he found himself enjoying being held so tightly and securely. â nothing better than greek ? what about spanish ? or i mean, half spanish ? â he added cheekily, offering his best innocent facial expression.
Lincoln savered the small moment of pure intimacy between the pair. It was fleeting but it was needed. He was glad to have moments like this with him, it reminded him that he did have a heart, that there were people who needed him, that he wasnt utterly fucking useless. He wasnt the monster that some people made him out to be, and it was relieving in a way he would never be able to thank Elton for. He smirked as he turned in his arms, looking down at him as he did so, never loosening his grip, never wavering in his hold on him. Just consistent and unending support. Lincoln laughed at he males words as they left his lips. âhalf spanish huh?â he teased âwhat would that even look like in a meal, I mean I know what it looks like in a snackâ he teased playfully, shooting him a wink before laughing once more. âbut I stand by my previous statement, there is nothing better than greekâ he didnt let the smile fade from his lips before letting out a contented sigh.Â
pcrspicvciousâ:
THIS ROLLERCOASTER WASNâT WHAT SHE SIGNED UP FOR. quite frankly, she was getting absolutely tired of her emotions being all over the place when all she needed to do was keeping both her head and her heart cold. the second she let her emotions take over actually functional, logical parts of her brain, it was game overâ not just for her, but for him as well. and her outburst was the first sign of that danger looming over their heads. of course, she cared for lincoln; after all those years theyâd spent by each otherâs side, she would be a fool to deny that. however, her first priority had to be her own being, her own interests, and emotions had no business being thrown into that mix. â how many times do i have to tell you this? â charlene let out a sigh ( which sheâd been doing a lot more than usual during this conversation ), hands dropping to her sides. â i donât care, i donât careâ i do not care about all this BULLSHIT. â with her voice gradually getting louder in volume, almost turning into a yell towards the end of the sentence, it was at this point that she realised how little control she had over the situation. his reasoning mightâve made sense and she mightâve agreed with it, but at this point she just wanted to take matters into her own hands. after all, no amount of publicity and exposure was worth ruining a relationshipâ especially, the one that was so near and dear to her heart. â thereâs always going to be something there, iâve told you so numerous times, â charlene confessed, eyes running from one side of the room to the other in attempts to not meet his, probably judgemental, gaze. â but itâs an infatuation with what there once wasâ do you really think iâm stupid enough to hope for some melodramatic love? â she was many things; many terrible things, but stupid wasnât in her list. foolish, maybe, but not stupidâ not after being burned by others so many times. if it was someone else, someone who wasnât him, itâd be a different story. she mightâve stepped a foot into a trap set out to capture her and, worst case scenario, ended up blinded by whatever shakespearean concept was used on her. however, she was getting tiredâ tired of being used a pawn in someone elseâs game. â especially between us? â
When her tone increased he knew that he had said something off color, he couldnt place what it was but it had riled something up deep within her, and for that he was sorry. He didnt know how to deescalate the situation, she was already almost at a yell, and he didnt want to make a scene, this was not what he had intended in showing up to her event. He didnt want to make it about him, he didnt want to make this something sour for her to deal with later, he wanted to support his friend in the way he always had. The one thing that had always connected them so deeply. âCharlie..â he said in an almost coo. âthis isnt bullshit, this is our lives, we chose to make it public, we basked in the limelight and these are the consequencesâ he stated almost too simply. âbut we are not bullshit, this whole fiasco isâ he shook his head again. He was in desperate need of escapism, he wanted to be higher than he was, he wanted to be drunker than he was, this whole situation was entirely too sobering. Lincoln took her by the elbow gently, âcome with meâ he said, his blue eyes piercing her, not allowing there to be room for discussion, they needed room to breathe. He took her through the maze of the gallery and out into the frigid air. Hoping it would be the shock to the system they both needed. âI dont think you are even capable of being stupid Charlieâ he said once they had made it out into the night. âand I dont want you to ever think of yourself that way. I am sorry I said what I said, I shouldnt haveâ he was even shocked at his words, he had yet to out right apologize to almost anyone else in his life, his apologies always being sort of round about, leaving room for interpretation, not this one. Not with her. He took a breath in and surveyed the night sky, hoping for clarity. âyou do know I love you?â he said his head still tilted towards the sky. âthats not changing ever. You get on my fucking nerves, and sometimes I dont know if I can stand to be in the same room as you, but I fucking love you Charlieâ he said finally turning his head back to her. âyou are one of my best friendsâ he had never given her any snippet of this, never given her honesty, clarity, truth. Now was a good a time as ever, as the rest of his life crumbled around him, he knew that some relationships he couldnt let crumble.Â

Lincoln looked down for the briefest moments before looking back to the taller male that had so willingly accepted the wayward man in to his home so many times previous. He shrugged and scratched the back of his head. âwhat can I say? Im a fuckup?â he offered with a laugh before motioning he wanted to enter the apartment, escape the freezer that was New York in January. He took a moment before entering, almost uninvited, he kicked off his shoes and shrugged out of his jacket. âokay.. so if I tell you I have fucked everything up again, on a scale of one to ten, how shocked will you beâ he laughed, turning to see Ace before putting his hand up as to stop him from speaking âten right? cause I haveâ he sighed. Thinking of all of the things imploding around him, he shouldnt have been shocked with himself that he was so desperately seeking out Ace.Â
lennonjamesâ:
itâs days like this lennon is very, very thankful for link. instead of making him talk about his feelings, and whatnot, heâs distracting him with good olâ link behavior. itâs welcoming and heâs so thankful for all of it. one day heâll have to tell him how thankful for him he is, but right now he doesnât have the words. and if lennon speaks he might get a little too emotional and break the fuck down. everything lately had him feeling like he may just spill all of his emotions at just the turn of a hat. talking about it had never been something lennon was particularly good at, never able to find the words to properly explain everything brewing under the surface. âwell i mean, how many places have i took you too while i was on tour, huh?â he snickered, sipping at his coffee when it finally arrives, and god itâs like he lived too long without caffeine in his body, âjust donât be one of those weird sugar daddies that ask for photos of my feet or something.â at the thought of touring he just sighs, scratching the back of his neck. âdunno, maybe sooner rather than later. iâll leave you on the edge of your seat for that one.âÂ
The tension in his home was palpable, he could feel it everywhere Jesse went, it was an air of self loathing and pain that echoed in every room he found himself in. Out here in the public it was a lot more manageable, and a lot more open. He was glad for it, for the small reprieve in the heavy nature that had taken over their friendship since the separation of homes, if only for Jesses sake. Lincoln laughed and shook his head âacting like I didnt just show up and annoy you is commendable, but you cant take credit for thatâ he teased, the waitress arrived and he ordered his meal, handing her the menu and turning his focus back to Jesse. âyou mean I cant have pictures of your feet? after all we have been through?â he feigned hurt and then rolled his eyes. âif I were into feet the whole fucking world would know about it by nowâ he said, laughing at the probability of it all. He shrugged just a little âits a thought, maybe get you out of your head for a bit, and even if its just like a select few shows on the east coast? Maybe invite seb?â he offered, immediately regretting it. âI mean touring was always a good aphrodisiacâ he teased, his teeth gritting just a bit, hoping he didnt open a can of worms he wasnt intending to
