-mepad enjoys carrying taco. this random thing in his robot brain just goes "tiny, small legs, hard to walk, must carry."
-taco is very weird when it comes to affection, she's more of a "hey i want this but i dont know how to communicate it" while she stands there awkwardly fidgeting
-mepad is CLINGY and VERY affectionate, like openly without hesitation just a bunch of kisses, hugs, tooth-rottingly sweet calls like "Yes, dear?" "Love, are you alright?" (i should totally draw taco's response to those)
-when taco gets overwhelmed, she might loaf into her shell and sit between his legs while he turns on the heater to resemble a hug and comfort her
-in my gijinka version, his eyes are like screensavers and he has blue irises. when alarmed, they'll form an '!', when thinking or processing something, it's a loading logo, guess what they turn into when talking to taco? hearts.
-the first time his irises went '<3' was when he was talking to taco, and he was COMPLETELY unaware whilst taco was embarrassed and tripping up on her sentences (to his confusion)
-taco and mepad share a lack of self worth, and have a constant need to please people. for mepad, its more or so rooted in his coding and whenever there's an issue, there'll always be a constant nagging at the back of his mind to 'assist' or else it's a job incomplete. for taco, it's also related to her and mic when they worked behind the scenes. she didn't want to be useless to mic, someone she's started to enjoy being around, so she kept trying to go above and beyond and then get validation afterwards. it's the same thing with mepad! she'll walk on eggshells at first to keep him from 'leaving', until they eventually have a talk and her fears go down a bit, whilst she reminds mepad that he's more than a mixture of wires and metal made to help others.
-(ep 15)when taco is acting against the rules and being 'villainous', mepad won't interject to stop her because (1) for some odd reason he kinda likes it and (2) she's going against the show, the same show that mepad has grown to dislike for what it does to the contestants so he wouldn't have any qualms about leaving her to it, or even helping her out
-mepad RARELY ever gets angry. it's at most just annoyed quips and somewhat sarcastic remarks, but when he's angry? (ep15 and ep17) OH boy you better watch the heck out! on the rare annual occurrence that he DOES blow up on someone, taco internally fangirls and thinks he should get angry more often
-after repairing mepad and the stab wound from the finale, taco definitely would have some sort of separation anxiety, or would keep a close eye on him and snap at people for being 'reckless' or 'careless' around him
-also if mepad got repaired, he'd definitely have some sort of anxiety with being alone. he'll do routine checks on everyone to make sure they're all still there, but he'll sub-consciously or secretly prioritize checking on taco first.
-as i said earlier, taco is very awkward with affection, but she discovers mepad likes being praised (since his system is built on assisting others and kinda like a Baymax thing where he'll tick off the checklist when he's told everything is fine or if his system tells him that) and she does her best to incorporate awkward compliments like "i appreciate your.. assistance. Thank you, mepad." and his eyes will just BRIGHTEN up and you can practically see him smiling
-if others are concerned about mepads 'questionable' decision to be acquainted with taco, he'll either respond with a rebuttal thats genuine or a sarcastic remark hidden behind a polite tone of voice
-after rewatching II2 i can say with confidence sarcastic mepad supremacy IM LAUGHING SJAHBDS
