trying a Reve (when she was alive) design. I wanted to keep it somewhat similar to what she wore in canon (which was just a white blob with a cloak and hat so). Im assuming if the witch hat was apart of her design even when the rest of her clothes changed, then reve maybe wore a hat regularly idk.
