Swarm update. Smaller this morning, covered the hole (yes that is a Post-It note) grabbed a box and scooped as many as I could into the box. Then dumped it into the hive. 3rd pic is about an hour later; even smaller. Well this was new and terrifying. Saw what looked like a hole in the barn from across the yard. Over the next hour it grew exponentially. Finally we had to try to capture the swarm. I don't know if we succeeded but I hope they all go into the new hive. Huge shout out for the help!
