1. No, he'll not send her for any arranged marriage. while he isn't a good dad he isn't the type who will play experiment how genetic will work if he mixing his kids with other quirks. while his own marriage is kind of that type but that is mostly due to the Himura family.

he have a moral left on this part.

he pretty decent about letting his child have freedom on some parts. also, he have Shouto to fixing on [who now have teenager rebelling stage]

so he would never force his kid to marry anyone

even if Touya will be Jobless and just living at home, he probably just nip a comment about how she should be but lets her room for free.

10. Hawks. but Touya is the one who confess first after she make sure about her feeling.

11. their name is Atsuka [to fly and bird] and Itsuki [tree] they are a Fraternal twins 

Atsuka have a feather on his arms and some part of hair. he can’t dispatch them but can hardening it. but his quirk is a fire [orange] he can’t make the temperature too high unless he want to burn himself [because he have a flammable object attach on]. his feathers have minor resistance for fire than normal though. Atsuka eyes is blue and gold hair with tint of red.

Itsuki is have a gold eyes and gold hair but more fade than his father or his twin. he got the ice quirk and can manipulate it in miniature scale. and got a good hearing and eyesight that better than normal, under his eyes he have a marking.

12. they going on a normal date [if you call out the disguise part] though a lot of they first date including work relate. and have some abnormal date, like to going on a fake date to track down some suspect. 

Hawks routine after figure out his feeling is to call Touya 3 times a day, bring her food and snack, help her shopping, and annoy her father.

unfortunate about the romance about marry, Touya really don’t into it much she really just bring the marriage certificate and tell Hawks that he have to sign on this or she won’t let him have sex with her. 

Hawks do bring her for a flight and vacation after that though [Honeymoon?]
