sometimes I wonder what does my body even looks like cause I genuinely don't know like I got so many different ways I see it, when it's in my phone camera or the mirror, in some angles, in some type of clothes, it's all so distorted and confusing...

I adore going to the store alone, I don't have to hide with the fact I'm checking labels

It feels so embarrasing to have an ed but not being skinny

telling someone about your ed when you're not underweight yet is so humiliating, but more motivation to starve❤️ (i will prove that i'm sick)

I will never tell anyone I starve myself because then they’ll wonder why I’ve made like no progress and that’s so embarrassing. Like I bet they won’t believe me.

Binge eating disorder is just a cover up for fat behaviour. Stop making your decisions seem uncontrolable.
