1) Drink 3 full large glasses of water a day
Its not near enough, but setting a goal of at least 3 full large glasses a day should help increase water intake (which helps with, everything). Could be worth it to invest in large water bottle.
2) At the absolute least 7000 steps a day
Would prefer it to be closer to 10,000 a day. But if its less than 7000, thats a failure. Remember how your legs used to look? We can get back to that. We can do even better.
3) 50 squats a day (at least)
No more slacking, you've got to make time to exercise. 50 isn't even half of what you used to do. Be better. Be strong. Be healthy.
One of the most upsetting parts of my body rn isn't even my stomach, or legs, its my arms. They look disgustingly big, hanging and swinging anytime I raise them. It gross. I need to do more exercise to build bicep muscles and train my arms. I need weights.
So sick of my stomach constantly being upset and in pain, trying to make small changes to improve gut biome.
Currently taking fish oil, vitamin c, vitamin b12, vitamin d, probiotic, and some women's gummy vitamins. Would like to add magnesium and collagen into the mix. Should research any others that may be beneficial. Take. Every. Day.
7) Count all calories (round up!!!)
Get back into the habit of counting calories so at the very least you to know how much your consuming, and can try to start decreasing that amount where you can. Always round up!
8) Lotion/moisturizer everyday
In the morning you should put lotion on knees, elbows, and hands. At night do lotion on arms, legs, stomach, ass, and chest/boobs. Put Vaseline on problem areas. Put Vaseline on feet before bed and put on socks to sleep in.
9) Brush teeth twice a day
In the morning before you go to work, at night before you go to bed. Floss. Mouthwash. The whole thing. Take care of your teeth before you lose them.
Wash your face in the morning! Wash your face at night! Skincare! I need to invent in more moisturizers/serums. Skincare, twice a day, everyday.
11) invest in healthier snack alternatives.
Probiotics, yogurts, nuts, pomegranate juice, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwis, peaches, apples, broccoli.
