hana: 'slight attraction' baby... the fact you don't have a lifesized cut out of shrek in the corner of our room still amazes me every day.

hana: really? all you want is me to play games with you?

    she’s looking up at her with nothing but love and concern,  though she’s still wearing the remnants of a smile on her features.  luna worries,  she worries in excess about how everything affects hana.  it seems like sometimes,  nobody else has it in them to do it.  so of course,  she will.  it’s a perfectly fine duty for her ; she’d care even if the rest of the world did,  too.   “[ no progress is worth your sanity.  so we fail miserably,  disband.  at least you still have your soul. ]”   she shouldn’t be so calm about that prospect,  but she stands by it.  they’ve all lost more than enough in the pursuit of this.  actual loss of sanity was not worth it.  she gets up quickly,  sets herself on the other girls lap  —  not with all of her weight,  just in case  —  pouting in her direction when she says no to sleep.   “[ what if sleep is exactly what you need to get inspired?  clear thoughts,  clear mind.  a rested one,  too. ]”   luna is pretty sure this is a battle she won’t win,   “[ i just want you to be okay.  too much time without sleep gets bad. ]”

    she’s cautious when she walks into the room,  trying to make sure she doesn’t totally interrupt the process.  hana has a lot on her shoulders,  the lives of six whole people and she doesn’t want to make it a bigger burden than what it is.  she places the plate on a small space beside the desk,  sitting herself down on the floor beside her girlfriend.   “[ you’re gonna drive yourself crazy if you stay in her too long.  bad kind,  not the fun arson kind. ]”   luna’s aware that neither are the fun kind,  but she’s trying to be cute.  to give hana something even slightly fun.   “[ i made the cookies and cocoa myself.  a lady on the internet taught me.  you should eat something and i know i can’t con you into healthy food,  so. ]”   not that she’d try,   “[ and then you should sleep. ]”

    she hasn’t gone completely wild since the day she got drunk.  honestly speaking,  luna is probably more relaxed and centered than she has been in all of her nearly twenty years.  she’s aired her insecurities  —  sort of  —  and let her energy out in a well enough fashion.  primarily by threatening to set things on fire,  but still.  calm.  in one hand,  she has a plate of cookies and a cup of hot cocoa,  the other hand knocking against the door of hana’s studio.  she doesn’t wait for a response,  peeking her head in before extending the plate in.   “you said i never visit you.  and you’ve been in here all day,  i miss you.”   //   @vnyxhana
