Honestly I’m not going to say a whole lot with this update because most of that has already been covered but trust me you want this one. Just please make sure to read the original post HERE.

I want to wholeheartedly thank my Fairy Godmother Kurasoberina and you should too because without her help I wouldn’t have done this at all so this update is 100% because of her. It is honestly the best skin I have ever done.

You can call me a hypocrite and I’d agree with you because Noir is now on a 4K body and 2K face. It just made things a lot easier for me and scaling the skin down felt like I was committing a sin so my game will just have to deal. I re-blended the skin completely from scratch so you will find that this version is much smoother.  You’ll also have to forgive me for my lack of effort with this post because I’m a little under the weather.

Side Note: IMO the skin gets better as the tone ramp gets darker and still remains all it’s texture. It’s very beautiful to see in game. Lol Barb calls it the “Sending Nudes Skin” .. because as I was showing her the pics last night she thought it was irl nudes at first.

PRIMER: HD Skin for All Ages (Baby-Elder)

This is the skin I have been wanting to make since I started creating. This will be my new “base” texture going forward. Everything, from the ears to the fingernails and genitals, has been meticulously painted and tweaked to the best of my ability. It’s still not perfect, but if I don’t share this now, I never will. This is a brand new skin, but should suit sims made with Starfruit, as I try to keep my face textures neutral enough to work with a wide variety of features. 

I am sharing this in a variety of resolutions so you can pick the quality level appropriate for your game - the non-defaults will not conflict, and the ramps are labeled with the quality level so you can easily compare. The elder bodies are not included in the default versions.

HD Specular Default Replacement (1K Faces & 2K Bodies)

Primer’s texture has been mixed with EA’s maps and details have been adapted from Buhudain’s normal maps. Scalps, faces and bodies are all included to ensure seamless shine. Just like You Are Real, this should enhance the appearance of all skins that do not include custom specular maps. Ultimately, specular changes are subtle, and the difference is better captured in motion than in a single image. All screenshots were taken with this replacement installed.
