i made a tool for creating gradient text! it's similar to this great site, but with a few additional features:

extract a color palette from an image

paste a string of hex codes to load the colors

AO3 export mode (it's a bit of a pain in the ass but it works)

Released on January 27th of 2026, presenting the latest update of Adobe Photoshop. As per usual, I aim to make this as quick, and painless as possible to everyone (including those who aren't tech-savvy in any way), and this should only take a minute or two of your time once the download has finished. The DL itself also includes the same installation instructions as noted below.

Head over to the DL on my OneDrive, and download it.

Go into the 'Setup' folder, and click the 'autoplay' file (it is not in a sub/secondary folder.)

Hit 'Install' on the new window. Photoshop’s usual installation window will pop up after that. Install it as per your preferences (if you aren’t too tech-savvy, don’t worry, you can leave the default installation options as they are and all will be fine).

Hit 'Launch’, and enjoy your copy of Photoshop!

this removes the ugly drafts & queue counts section that has come with the newest update . i know some of you will find it daunting seeing the numbers just sitting there, staring back at you, so this is a way to remove them .

to make the required changes, you will need to get the stylus extension that you can grab at the following links : chrome , firefox , opera , github .

firstly, you must write a new style by clicking on the plus sign . name it tumblr or something similar, just so you know what it's for . then, change the code 1 dropdown to urls on the domain - in the box type : tumblr.com .

copy & paste the following code into the big box below & then click on save next to the beautify button on the left-hand side .

I got asked this question every single day on this blog. and my answer will always stay the same: as long as it's fiction and as long as you're not hurting anybody in real life, NOTHING you put in fanfics can EVER be wrong.

you cannot apply real-world moral compass on FICTION.

YOU as the writer have complete and total right/freedom to write WHATEVER YOU WANT. HOWEVER YOU WANT.

that's the whole point of fanfics: authors have the power, control and freedom to create their own world. no matter how messed up or disgusting or morally wrong it is, FICTION WILL ALWAYS STAY FICTION. a person's real-life moral compass can never ever be judged by what type of fiction they create and/or consume.

fanfic is creative writing and creative writing is a form of art. and the thing about art is that it doesn't have to always be rainbow and sunshine. it can be macabre and dark and brutal and ugly. and it's still a work of art that is just as valid and valuable.

YOU as the writer have all the power, rights and freedom to literally write WHATEVER YOU WANT. HOWEVER YOU WANT.

We learned that each take on a canon character is unique and different and embraced 'twins' interacting with each other, but I extend this onto OCs and Headcanons. Let your OC share the same traits as mine; let them meet and bond over them.

Not to mention that two people can simply get to the same ideas independently.

surprise? surprise! very sorry for the sudden jump scare, i know this blog is semi-dormant (especially when it's about themes). just wanted to share this with you—i've randomly started working on a theme for my animanga blog a few weeks ago and finished it today.

since my animanga blog is nearly half as old as i am (bruh), it has a lot of legacy posts. and since i still love browsing through my blog in the non-tumblr view on pc occasionally, i made sure all post types (old and new) look nice.

features : 2 custom links & customizable accent color/sidebar image

- strange use of idioms or expressions (e.g. “your question has a large blast radius”)

- overly verbose, lots of filler words and too many transitional, connective-type phrases

- overly-acquiescent, just begging to be useful to a degree that’s pathetic and terrified of coming across as rude even when it’s necessary

- circumlocution, too many abstract concepts or talking “around” something instead of addressing the topic directly

- em-dashes, unfortunately
