Well, she didn't react much (she tried to be nonchalant ..heh but she not) greeted her like a normal person and that's it. But she did end up feeling down for a while. after that, She tried to distance herself from her the most , she didn't think she deserved hanging out with a descendant of Ao lie.
MEANWHILE NOW!1!! They happy and think of each other as family! Astra hasn't told mei about the situationship between her and her great great a thousand times great grandfather

About Astra, when Ao Lie became her love interest and he is Mei's ancestor then... shouldn't Astra be a part of Mei's bloodline? If not then who is Ao Lie's lover (if ur adding it to her story of smth) other than Astra known to Mei's bloodline?

The answer to your question is...no? I wouldn't count it as Astra being a part of meis bloodline I guess!.. you are right that Ao lie was one of her love interests though.
Astra and Ao lie never got officially together, they both liked each other but they never tried to be in a relationship. Back then, Astra couldn't understand her feelings, especially romantic ones, shes incredibly doubtful of herself and Ao lie didn't want to push her to be ready, so they stayed as friends instead until he went onto the journey to the west. (Which caused a drift between them) But I suppose this doesn't mean Astra didn't have an impact on Ao lie. Ao lie dies without ever confessing or having a lover.

- Shiyō is an intelligent, secretive, teasing, and slightly sadistic mischievous soul. He doesn’t like it when people touch him, not because he hates people, he’s just a bit sensitive to touch due to his spider mutation.
= He’ll only touch things or let people touch him if he has clothes/gloves on. But he also uses this annoying sense to his advantage.
- He likes to test people, and make others feel curious about him. He may seem friendly at times because he loves to ask questions to others, but really he’s just trying to get as much information as he can on you. He speaks but not too much about himself, when he’s asked questions he tends to avoid them or play it off as unimportant unless pressured to answer. Forced into strategy, he specializes in potion making and planning/sneak attacks. He claims to be the main ingredient when brewing.
