“Living with anxiety is hard, but you learn to adapt. This past month has been really hard to go anywhere without panicking, and I can’t ever be alone. Also my depression has been bad. I feel like I have nothing good in my life outside of family. I do my best with what I have, but it’s a daily struggle to stay happy and not worry.”
