Trust your gut instincts more. Listen to your body and to your emotions because you have access to them and no out outside of your body does.
When you're in pain, emotionally or physically, don't ignore that especially don't ignore that because someone else is dismissing it. And when something makes you feel good and happy don't dismiss that either because it's really important to seek those things out and surround ourselves with them.
Don't lose faith in your own feelings because they're something that we can't feel for you.
