So this week has been a stressful one! 😬I've been really utilizing my oils to help my mind and body. Here is what I've been using... 1⃣ rollerball blend of serenity, balance, and vetiver to help soothe, calm and ground my emotions 2⃣ On Guard Throat Drops for an easy way to help support my immune system (stress is not good for it!) 3⃣ Slim and Sassy in my water for an energy boost and to help manage my cravings 4⃣ Tangerine (promotes feelings of happiness) Elevation (creates a positive mood) and Peppermint (eases feelings of tension) in the diffuser (3 drops each). So after a football game Thursday, watching football all Saturday, going out to eat Saturday night, then finally a concert...
