Happy new year everybody! ✨🙏 Did you set your 2020 reading challenge? I’ve read 41 books of my goal of 20, it was such a great year speaking of readings. For this year I’ll try to reach 40 books or more, in particular non-fiction and classics. I can’t wait to dive into new inspiring reads, and posting nicer content.  I’ve got a gorgeous planner and a new sketchbook + a liner 0.3 as Christmas gift; I’d like to fill this one with architecture - classical sculptures I used to draw when I was at university.

111117 | i was studying for my bio exam at a cafe in a library after school. i ended up getting a 74 on the test, which kind of sucks, but i am sure that i can do better next time! :-) dont let a bad grade demotivate you! ♡

June 17th, 20:10 pm Today I felt really productive and managed to get some good hours of revision for my exam on Japnonism (which is tomorrow). I actually really enjoyed studying this subject, especially learning more about the influence of Japanese art on Western painters such as Whistler, Toulouse-Lautrec, Mary Cassatt, Degas etc. For once, I actually feel prepared for an exam, which is quite a good feeling.

May 26th, 11:50 Quite a late start today, but it’s sunday and I definitely needed the extra sleep. Now I’m having some breakfast while I try to read on the influence of Japan on French art for my Contemporary Art exam that is coming up. Bonus: My cat staring into the void of existence.
