It really sucks that my parents think I am faking my ocd like bro I was diagnosed by two psychiatrists and I had a mental breakdown because the way I turned off the light did not feel right

I am so tired of hearing people saying they wished they were the main character in their life like bro everyone is the main character just in a different movie type . The fact that we keep using the term “the main character ” to describe a person’s life is just unacceptable as we only downgrade the importance of human life and make people feel more uncomfortable about being themselves. Every person has a different story and we are not the ones to decide if it fits the imaginary unrealistic word that we have created in our brains.
