Day Trip Tres || Liam & Darcy
dxrcyadams:
His answer surprised her, but she also knew it was more than true. They were bad for each other, considering how much trouble they could get into just for sleeping together. But right now, she didnât give a damn. âGood,â she whispered in return as she pressed their lips together slowly, dropping the last button before the shirt simply hung on her shoulders.
With her body pressed against his, Darcy couldnât find the energy to think about anything else, instead focusing on the way her tongue swiped along his, slender hands roaming down his chest as her hips rolled down against his. After a few moments and once her head was properly spinning, Darcy pulled away, pushing herself to her feet as she dropped the shirt in his lap, leaving her bare all over again. âI believe I was promised a shower,â she smirked as she headed into the penthouse once more, not waiting for him to follow as she headed for the massive shower in the master bathroom. It was a stunning place, everything so white and pristine, and the shower almost bigger than her entire bathroom at home. Switching the hot water on, Darcy got it to a comfortable temperature, letting it run down over her as she waited for him to join her.
This kiss felt different than the other before it; they relaxed into each other, lips slowly moving in a passionate bliss. Perhaps because he had just presented to her some vulnerability, whilst she was literally vulnerable in front of him. He could not help but wonder how two souls such as them were opposite in every way, yet fit and catered to each others whims and needs like a puzzle.Â
He could have kissed her for all eternity, for all he cared, but eventually, they broke contact, with Darcy pulling away to tease once more. A cutesy grin formed on his lips, with him shaking his head with accompanied chuckles as she let him head first. A second or so later, he got up, more than willing to jump into the waters with her and get a little more than handsy. Shutting the door behind him, all Liam knew was that he did not want this moment to ever end.Â
amyxfhearts:
Amy didnât reply to Liamâs pointed look. Her anger stemmed from the attacks on her close friends, on the murder of Rebecca and the close calls with Ash and Carmen. They were like her family, and Amy valued few things more. But kissing Liam was effective in distracting him from asking questions at least. Sheâd started slowly, giving Liam time to pull away if he so chose, but he didnât. Amy shifted closer, pulling Liam to her to let her kiss him easily. Her hands snaked to his waist as she deepened the kiss, slipping under his shirt to sit on his hips.
It was easy to have gotten lost in her, seeking for the familiarity he craved. After all, he and Amy did share a brief moment in the past, and though they had suppressed it long enough, tonight seemed to be the night when it was all unearthed yet again. Suddenly it didnât felt like they were in public anymore, and all Liam wanted was more. Whilst his hand caressed her cheek, his other grabbed on her hips - a tricky feat, considering they were both seated down. They stayed like that for a few seconds, lips intertwined in a battle for dominance, wanting, needing the other. But he was the first to break the kiss, as the man pulled back, slightly fazed by their actions. âAmy...âÂ
the game plan of all young adults
amyxfhearts:
âOur little guest has,â Amy confessed, using the straw in her drink to stir it for a moment. David Cheslyn and all he and the Diamonds were responsible for angered her in a ways she so rarely was. But explaining that and her lack of normal emotion was not on Amyâs list of things she wanted to do tonight, especially not in public. âPity. No better way to distract yourself.â Well, Amy could think of one, but Liam had already rejected that idea on the ground that it did hold a substantial risk of getting him maimed if her brothers found out. Sipping the drink, one more idea occurred to her. Spurred on by the alcohol and the desire to distract herself completely, Amy put down the drink, leaned in to Liam and kissed him.Â
After another shot down his pipes, he turned to her, en eyebrow raised due to the intrigue as to how their prisoner had manage to rile up the Amy Hartwell. Though David was doing a fantastic job of putting everyone on edge, it would take something incredibly more so to do that to someone like Amy. She rarely involved herself in direct gang work, after all. Liam straightened up in his seat, eager to dig more information out of her, when suddenly, her lips were pressed against his. And perhaps it was the absurd amount of alcohol in his system, or the fact that he was more lonely than before, but he didnât pull away. Instead, let his lips retaliate, kissing back as he allowed himself to get lost in her. Maybe this was the reason why there were no âdistractionsâ for the night. Because it was her all along.Â

Day Trip Tres || Liam & Darcy
dxrcyadams:
She couldnât help but bite her lip when he started to move his hands up her thighs, her heart pounding as she instinctively leaned into his touch. âIâve noticed,â Darcy replied, smirking as she moved even closer to him, until his shirt was barely holding on with just two buttons. âLast question then,â she stated as she ran her hands over his chest, her face just inches from his.
âWhat makes you think Iâm any good for you?â she asked with raised eyebrows, unhooking one of the buttons without even giving him a chance to respond. Truth was, they were out of their realm trying to pretend that nothing would burst the bubble theyâd managed to build around them, but she sure as hell wanted to try. Heâd awoken a fire in her, reminding her that there was more to life than just work, or the Diamonds, even if her loyalty still stood steadfast.Â
As tempting as it was to rip his own shirt out of her frame then and there, he reigned control the urge to do so, willing himself to get lost in her gaze instead. But her question, perhaps without meaning to, nudged him out of the focus he was trying to retain.Â
âYouâre not.â Liam whispered back almost immediately, snapping the building tension between the two despite keeping his low tone. It would have been easier to conjure up a lie, just for the sake of keeping the momentum going. But that would appeal to what they did not want between them: lies. âIf anything, youâre bad for me.â The hand that played on her thigh grazed up to her sides, coming up to caress her cheek as he pulled her face closer to his, leaving a gap between them merely a few inches apart. âBut I donât need you to be good for me. I've had enough of the good. I want the bad.â With that response, instead of leaning in, he simply hung there, gazing into her eyes with such intensity that sent his nerves tingling, an electric connection buzzing.Â
halliewebbs:
It took her some time just to catch her breath, to find a way to tamp down on her renewed grief. It truly was the end of the line. She had her answer - there was certainly no reason to believe David was lying, not when he was faced with what Peter had done to him. There was simply no more to it. They knew who Rebeccaâs killer was, but it was just too little, too late, and it did nothing to satisfy her.Â
Eventually, though, Hallie dried her eyes and collected herself, going back into Liamâs office to get her things, trying to figure out what to do next - what could she do? Did it matter? She lingered there, though, Davidâs terrified sounds washing over her from the speakers but she was practically numb to it now, though that thought left an uncomfortable feeling in the pit of her stomach. Finally, she spoke up, her voice a little rough.
âShe deserved better. I led her to the Hearts and I should have known that she deserved so much better than all of this.â It was hard not to be disenchanted with all the deeply personal losses she had gone through - perhaps she should have known better than to get attached. âI shouldâve done better.â
For how long it took before Hallie returned to the room, he did not know. If anything, the hacker was convinced that she would not come back after the news. Liam, on the other hand, remained unmoved in his spot, helpless on the ground as he was continuously reeling from the new information that had proceeded to cause further emotional damage. It seemed as if the universe was intentionally trying to break him open like a nut, and in all honesty, he was on the verge of fragility.Â
The only thing that got him out of the numbing shock was Hallieâs voice amidst the eerie silence of the room laced with the audible conversation that Pete was having with their prisoner through the CCTV speakers. If anything, the latter was now white noise to him, and the former being the only thing that rose above it. From where he collapsed, Liam looked up to the trainer, dark eyes weak with sorrow. âNo. Itâs not your fault, Hallie." Shaking his head and the sad in him out, it was getting clear who was exactly to be blamed here. âItâs theirs.â He hissed with shaking anger, as if finally waking up to the realisation that they could have only done so much to protect their fellow members.Â
âThey killed her.â Slowly, he got up on his feet, finding his bearings in the depth of the fire building in him. âThey wanted her dead.â Walking towards Hallie, he meant every burning word that escaped his lips. For the longest time they had exchanged the blames for Rebecca, without acknowledging the fact that it was their enemiesâ doing why she died. But hearing David admit to the truth was the catalyst in changing all of it. âAnd theyâre going to pay for it.âÂ
Days of Grey || Liam and Piper
piperxtaylor:
âAlmost 4âŚâ Piper repeated. Yeah, that would explain why she was hungry. Dana would be admonishing her if she knew how little Piper had eaten. âI probably have some stuff if you want to cook. Otherwise, Iâm happy to just get delivery. Iâd probably burn something if I cook right now. Space out or something.â She sounded nonchalant, but Piper was serious.
âGotcha.â Liam snapped with his fingers, before digging into his pocket, twisting on the couch to get his phone out. âWe donât want you burning this place down accidentally. Also...â Copping a feel for his phone, he went on feeling his pants until he produced the handy device. âI have an app for that.â He eagerly blurted, as if he had been waiting for this moment to come, which in truth, he had, especially since he downloaded the application, like the precious hacker child that he was.Â
âSo...â scrolling through the options with eyes practically glued on the screen, he began to list out their options. âAmerican? Chinese? Thai? Indian?â Looking up to her, he hoped she was leaning into a particular cuisine.Â
chastitycinque:
âA man with connections. Thatâs promising.â She didnât ask any further questions as she walked down the street beside him, her high heels clicking on the pavement in an utterly satisfying sort of way. Liam was certainly a flatterer, laying the compliments on thick, but she was never one to turn that sort of thing down, humming in thought as they drifted down the sidewalk. For a moment, she debated telling him the whole truth - for some men, it was a turn-off knowing the woman he was flirting with liked to take her clothes off for others, and as much as Leda didnât want to waste her time on those men, she also didnât want to chase Liam away immediately, even if he happened to be one of them. âIâm a dancer, actually.â She arched a perfectly shaped brow, curious. âWhat about you? You donât strike me as the type to settle for a 9-to-5 office job.â
Liam could not help but bathe in the confidence he was exuding, aiming to win over the ladyâs trust or so with his charm and finesse. Leda was a breathe of fresh air compared to the women he knew, and he was going to take this opportunity of meeting a stranger to break the monotony in his life. Continuously walking by her side, he glanced at her inquisitive look, letting out a chuckle to maintain his light aura. âIâm not.â A flash of a smile in her direction, a pause in the air as he focused on the road ahead of them with the positive expression still on his face. âIâm more of a 9-to-9 kind of guy.â He answered ominously, willingly piquing and drawing in her interest to him. elijahxthomas:
So Elijah couldnât much understand the concept of a sibling like relationship or the strength that said relationship may hold. Not so much because he had no siblings of his own, but he hadnât exactly grown up around people with relations like that either. But even if he didnât necessarily understand a brother like figure, he respected Liam all the same. Anyone that looked out for Carmen was okay in his books.
His relationship with Carmen wasnât something Elijah was good at describing because if he were being honest, he barely understood it himself. And he never dared question what it was built on, with chance it may crumble under his investigation. So he lived in the present with her, everyday a new adventure, a swell of emotions he wasnât yet capable or ready to fully accept. It wasnât in his design, to understand these things. He was robbed of normal processing and average emotions long ago. But her, she was everything good he saw in the world, come together in one person. A little flawed, a little hurt, but shining all the same.
Breaking from his own thoughts to listen to the other man for a moment, he took in every word that was spoken his way. âOf course, sheâs lucky to have you guys. And weâre all lucky to have herâ he replied, a light smile gracing his lips for a split second. âI could never imagine doing anything to hurt her.â he spoke softly, eyes glancing to the path before them for a moment. What a painful thought, to have hurt the person he cared for most. âI only want what is best for her. If anyone deserves it, she does. And iâll do whatever little thing I can do to make her smile, even if only for a moment. She deserves nothing short of the entire world, I canât give her that, not even close. But iâm glad I get to know her, and iâm glad she has people such as yourself there when she walks out of my bookstore. Good peopleâ
I could never imagine doing anything to hurt her. Elijahâs words, accompanied by that of a smile that probably came from the mere thought of Carmen, had Liam finally breaking through his âprotective brotherly thinkingâ mode. There was no unruly feeling in his gut towards the man seated by his side; no anxiety over this stranger he spoke to, which meant that all was going to be well. The way Elijah spoke of her - how he wished no harm on her, how he wished the best for her, and how she deserved nothing but it - was more than enough to warm his heart, as it would to anyone elseâs who would chance upon their conversation. It had sent all doubts and worry that he had over their relationship into non-existence. As a brother (real or not), it was all he could ask for.Â
And so, with a brightened smile on his face, Liam knew that this had just sealed it: that Carmen would be safe with the bookkeeper. âThank you.â He uttered, breathing a sigh of relief. The urge to tear up was even overwhelming, but he fought hard against it, swallowing to clear his throat and regain control. âIâm afraid I have to bring our talk to an abrupt end.â In a bid to not lose it, Liam stood up from the bench, after getting more than what he wanted out of the man. âBut again, thank you for...â pausing momentarily to find the right word, Liam simply decided to help their relationship out for the sake of it, âloving Carmen. You donât know how much youâve impacted on her.âÂ
savagexlaina:
âNot where my mind was going, but thatâs good to know.â She confirmed as she took another sip of her drink, conveniently it was also the last sip. âBarkeep.â She called out and waited her glass gently waiting for his nod of confirmation. Hearing his life story,  she could find herself reflecting and coming up with the same conclusions for her own life. She sighed, shaking her head lightly, âNo way. 25, single and consuming much too much alcohol on a Tuesday night. Canât say this is where I wanted to end up at my age.â She sighed, âThough no matter what day of the week, itâd probably still be here on todayâs date anyway.â sheâd blurted out. A comment she would normally keep to herself as now her follow hearts member will evidently ask why, and with her level of intoxication sheâll probably blurt out the reason for being drunk on a work night.
Of course, she would never pictured nor imagined her life to be where it was right now. They were the type of people who were swept away in lifeâs unfortunate draw to end up being part of such a dangerous game of deadly chess. âCanât say I judge you for the weekday drinking.â He shrugged, staring into his whiskey glass, wiling himself to get lost into the amber liquid. When he didnât, he turned back to her, âI mean, Iâm here, too.â throwing a closed lip smile in her direction. Whatever she was going through, Liam had no reason to judge her or call her out on. They were all just human beings, struggling to get through with their life. But for the two of them, they were obviously struggling to even get through the day itself. Bringing the glass to his lips, âHeck I even drink at work, so...â Letting the words fall helplessly, he merely took another drink, emptying his glassâ contents in a swift throw back of the head.Â
Cupcakes and Spywares | Liam&Elektra
elektracassady:
âMayI?â, Elektra gestured towards one of the empty chairs once she had made surethe door was closed behind her, shut with a light click, and it was certainthey could not be overheard. Not that what she wanted to talk to him about wasall that confidential, safe for beingillegal, of course, but they were sitting in a gang HQ after all, and crime was not something that surprised heranymore. âI canât deduce if itâs a bad or a good thing.â, she let out a softchuckle as she sat down, crossing her legs at the ankles and offering anapologetic smile when she noticed the embarrassment in the way he looked down, âInall fairness, Iâm usually here before anyone else, so thereâs no need to beembarrassed. BesidesâŚâ, she lowered her voice, as if she were saying somethingof great secrecy, âIâm very competitive by nature, so I definitely got a kickout of being here first. Sorry?â Itwas only half a joke, because if anything, El was competitive to the core, butright now she said it lightly and huffed a little laugh in hopes of making himfeel more relaxed with her sudden presence â she hadnât meant to barge in likethis, and if she had had the time she wouldâve probably handled this a lot moredelicately. However, when he referred to her as âMs. Cassadyâ Elektraâs eyes shot up from the cupcake, and sheraised her eyebrows in surprise, âMs.Cassady? Oh just Dr. Cassady willdo.â, but she only managed to keep a straight face for a split second beforeshe broke out in a smile, waving her hand dismissively at the very thought, âPlease. No one calls me that. How about I call you Liam, and you call me Elektra, andwe donât bother with the whole⌠official-name-calling thing. I think weâre pastthat, I did just bribe you.â Â
Shefell silent for a moment, then â the smile tugging at the corners of her lipsentirely out of her control as she watched Liam go about blowing out the candlewith something that could only be genuine, child-like delight in his eyes.Truth be told, it was far more than she had expected out of his reaction.Surprise and a bit of gratitude, sure â but delight? âWell then, Iâm glad itis.â, her voice still bore traces of a smile as she spoke, âThereâs more wherethat cupcake came from, just so you know. My mother had too much Chardonnay andsuggested we make another batch while we were at it, and that was at 2AM, hencethe copious amounts of coffee Iâve drank already.â But it had been a whilesince her mother wanted to do anything atall, and Elektra thought it entirely worth it to stay up all night with her, just to see her smile. But the chuckle that left her lips at the memory, soonfaded away, and Elektra straightened up in her chair, aware that they had cometo the point in their conversation where it was time to talk business. âYou donâthave to worry.â, she said, having caught onto the underlining reluctance in hisvoice, âI wouldnât have come to you if I didnât think you were capable.â Afterall, if anyone was familiar with people whose IQs were well above average, itwas El, and as much as she loved the brilliance of their minds, she knew verywell that brilliance came hand in hand with ego, and arrogance. âIâve meet a genius ortwo back in college. Hell, I married one.And if thereâs one thing they all have in commonâŚâ, a smile quivered in thecorners of her lips, âItâs arrogance. They will overlook the simple thingsbecause theyâre far more caught up in come elaborate game that is supposed toshow the rest how superior they are.I need someone who has experience, and Iâve seen you work.â She stopped speakingthen, and for the first time since she started talking, her eyes fell down toher hands as she leaned back into her chair and took a deep breath. âLook.I know you donât know me, so thereâs no reason to trust or help me - but⌠Ineed you to be discreet about this. I inherited a company, just last year. Mybrother was supposed to lead it after our fatherâs death but thingâs gotâŚÂ complicated.â, her words were carefully picked, delicatelydelivered, and she smiled nervously before continuing, âThe board ofdirectors wants me gone from the CEO position. Of course they do, I am a womanafter all, and theyâre all men over 60 who donât like changes. Iâm fighting it,and the good thing is that the techs and the engineers and the scientists are loyalto me, not them- but there is someone Iâm worried about.â Her lips were set into a thin, somber line, and her eyes narrowed slightly at the very thought of betrayal. âAs ascientist, Iâm repulsed by the very idea of someone using our prototypes and designsfor⌠violence and war, but as a CEO I have to consider everything and takesteps to prevent it. Now⌠there were some strange movements of large sums ofmoney that the finance guys caught on recently, but we need tangible proof. Ineed something to get into the guyâs computer, the one I think is selling theinformation and designs to an organisation. I need to get past the security onhis personal computer, and I wanted to ask if⌠you could design a spyware thatcould do just that. Give us access to and control of his computer.â Quicklyafter finishing, and with a look of understanding across her features, sheadded, âPlease donât feel obliged to do it if youâre uncomfortable withhow delicate the thing is, I just⌠thereâs no one inside that company I cantrust at this point.â
"No need to apologise. I incredibly appreciate it." He said, genuinely wanting to come across as grateful to her. A simple greeting would have sufficed on his special day, but the fact that she had taken it one step further by coming in with a cupcake and a candle was more than enough in his books. It was a gesture that would bore into his memories. For a moment, the hacker felt his heart skip a beat, barely holding the sudden change in his disposition at her correction. It was foolish for him to call her on the wrong title, and he had instinctively braced himself for offending her over the error. Luckily, as it turns out, she was joking around, which made him feel as if a huge wave of relief had washed over him, an anxious chuckle leaving his lips with the last of the nervous energy he held onto for the split second of terror. "Elektra it is," he accepted courteously, "although my apologies, for not calling you doctor from the beginning."
As Elektra began to talk, Liam submitted to her his entire attention, sitting straight up on his chair, intently listening to each and her every word. Not once did he interject, wanting to hear everything that she had to say before he jumped in. It only served as so, considering the magnitude of the weight on her shoulders. She needed someone to help her in her quest to becoming the CEO, and he was just handed the opportunity to do so. He could tell with her unsure actions - gaze dropping, cautious words, and over all expression - that this was more than what she could handle on her own, and that it was vital to her more than anything in this world that she gets the job done. But if there was anything that surprised him, it was the fact that her task for him, once he had realised what she wanted, was relatively easy for him. When she finished, Liam could not suppress the smirk that broke out on his lips, as he relaxed back into his office lounge seat, "Elektra, you could not have picked a more fitting person for this job.â With all seriousness he held now thrown out, he simply swiveled his chair, turning to his work computer as he engaged it into action. What she wanted was exactly his forte, one which he was, without a doubt, most confident about. "You'd be surprised to find out that you're not the first person to ask for such a program." With a hand on the keyboard and the other on the mouse, they began to move in a choreographed dance that only he knew, fingers tap-tapping on the keys in finesse. "I have a skeleton program of exactly what you need, and with a few modifications,â briefly, he paused, dark eyes flickering back to meet her intensely blue ones that watched his every move, armed with a voice loaded with assurance and years of experience in this line of work, âyou can have full access and unlimited control of his computer, like a marionette."
Day Trip Tres || Liam & Darcy
dxrcyadams:
âShocking, considering youâre a regular good old boy,â she teased, though she knew something dark hid beneath those brown eyes. They all had a past, everyone, whether they were willing to admit to it or not. Some were worse than others, but it was there. He was no different. But if sheâd been in his shoes, she wouldnât want someone pushing the subject if it wasnât something he brought up often. So she left it at that.
With one more button undone, a mischievous smile spread across Darcyâs face, her hands sliding down to the next button. âHow many timesâŚdid you think about fucking me before you got to the park that day?â she asked with a sly smirk.
With two buttons down, it was only a matter of time before he got to see Darcyâs body in full glory yet again. And despite the fact that he had just had sex and seen her body barely an hour ago, he still craved and longed to see it as if it was the first time.Â
Her next question, if anything, was one simply meant to excite their little situation, as if he needed any more arousing. âWell...â Liam dropped his gaze, exaggerating the e. All this while, his other hand supported Darcy on his lap. But with her recent inquiry, it felt fun to do something for her, which was why the free hand that simply rested on one of her legs, now began to caress the free skin. âIâm not going to lie, only about a handful.â His fingers grazed through as they made walking motions across her bare thigh, âBut then again, itâs only because I never like thinking or imagining about these things.â inching along towards her center, but never fully going for it. âIâm more of a doer than thinker when it comes to that.â Dark eyes flashed up to meet hers on the last word, and his voice had lowered significantly by then, coming out as a hushed whisper, egging her on to meet his raise.
carmxnmoore:
When she suddenly heard her name, heard the weight that her friend put behind it, Carmen immediately paused, meeting his gaze and holding it. What Liam said made perfect sense. It was a perfectly logical explanation for a perfectly logical action. She had asked to be trained, and James had deemed her worthy of training; it didnât have to be more complicated than that. Yet deep down, there it was, right where it had always been â that paralysing fear of failure. A desperate desire to be good enough for someone who seemed to demand near perfection. âYou know, James reminds me of my father,â she replied, in a tone that implied she was confessing to something she had never really said out loud before. âBrilliant, but demanding. And he has⌠Very specific opinions about what he considers weakness. Rationally, he has a point.â
Dropping her gaze, Carmen once more traced the rim of the glass with her index finger. âThereâs a degree of⌠Emotional detachment, to what we do. A willingness to take calculated risks because weâre constantly thinking about the bigger picture. But I canât do that. People are not numbers to me. When I see people, I see⌠Everything. Their joy. Their pain. Their lives. There are certain things Iâm not willing to gamble, not for anything, and thatâs a weakness. Strategists arenât supposed to have personal agendas.â
Carmen likening James to her father caught Liamâs attention, with him immediately making a mental note to keep an eye out on the topic, considering that this could be a hurdle between James and Carmenâs work relationship, especially if she saw her father in him. And by the sound of it, it didnât err on the flattering side for both men in he life. This could bring about a risk with how their dynamic worked.
Tilting his head to the side as he listened on, he could not blame her for feeling like she was not deserving of the role simply because of who and how she was. Often times, people donât feel like they deserve something out of the stereotype or profiling that fit it. âHey,â he softly spoke out, trying to catch her downfallen gaze. âhackers are supposed to be amoral and inconsiderate so long as they get to their gold at the end, but look at me.â It wasnât an exact mirror situation, but it was close enough for him. âWeâre still allowed to be ourselves on the job, Carmen. What doesnât make us fit in the âboxâ is what makes us stand out. So what if youâre a strategist that doesnât gamble everything?â Perking up, he spoke with such confidence that only came to him in moments when he needed to push someone and give them the extra nudge. âIt only means youâll find a better way or an alternative means to do something to avoid that loss. It means, you push yourself to be better, to think cleverly of it all.â Beaming proudly at her, âAnd without a doubt, I know you can and will do exactly just that.â
