sorry!!! what i meant was that all that most shops do is say ‘it says it arrived so it must have, check with the post office’ and never send a refund, regardless of where i try to talk to them, and i’m not sure how to get around that?

Would you consider doing an äliëxprëss tutorial? They seem to do tracking so I can’t say the item DNA, but I don’t know how to make things seem damaged enough to get refunded without actually damaging them?

where’d you get your waist trainer? is there some place to lift them or should i just buy one/DNA one?
