for once, yura doesn't feel that out of place when it comes to the nintendo contract. at first, she definitely did as she very rarely played games unless dragged into it (read: by somin) but since trying out animal crossing before, she's played a bit more over time. granted, it still wasn't much since she only had time if she wasn't busy and she had to be in the mood to play too but it was a cute, relaxing game to wind down with. however, that was enough for her to not dread showing up to promotional filming for the switch 2 and a new game though which she'll take as a win - even if she doesn't really know what's going on completely yet.
"hm?" she lets out a hum, turning her eyes away from the papers she was looking at that outlined what they would be filming today and all that. spotting sori, yura's face brightens and she smiles. "oh, hi! it's been a while huh?" her smile widens and she makes room for the other to join her in the chairs that were set up for resting. "um, it looks like it's just recently released so i haven't had a chance to play it, no," she admits, a bit sheepish, before her voice turns uncertain as she tries to recall the details she had gathered today. "from what i've heard and read though, it's kind of like animal crossing and pokemon combined? so it sounds cute! at least for the photoshoot and cf, we probably don't need to be that knowledgeable about the game though... right?"
sori wasnât particularly knowledgeable about nintendo games, while sheâd played mario kart with eunhye before and briefly played animal crossing, thatâs as much as she knows. it does feel a bit weird modeling for someone sheâs so⌠unfamiliar? unknowledgeable? about. but sori had modelled for things before, things she didnât know that much about, so it couldnât be too hard, right? she knows her dad is jealous of her because of this gig, heâs a big and famous model, yet she gets to model for nintendo before him, and sheâs not even really a model.
âit sure has been a while.. itâs not much we get to see each other as busy idolsâ she shrugs. sori generally sucks at reaching out to people, sheâs often too tired after practice to spend time with anyone, but her members. she does want to interact more with other people, it just, doesnât really happen? âseems like you know as much about the game as me thenâ she hums. âyouâre probably right⌠weâre just modeling, i donât think theyâll turn it into a game show about who knows most about the gameâ she giggles. âitâs not my first time modeling for nintendo, but it still feels weird iâm modeling for such a big brandâ.
"i could ask the same about you," minji says. "you look good in every picture i've ever seen, promise!" minji thinks about the question herself though, pondering over what makes her take good pictures. of course, there are pictures she's taken that make her cringe, but since becoming an idol, she has regretted pictures she's taken less. so, she thinks "maybe it's the training?" she thinks back to the test shoots, the evaluations, the little trainee events she took pictures for. "legacy does make sure we get a lot of practice!"
the girl nods. "three takes! there's no way we need longer than that unless something seriously goes wrong." she perks up at the thought of snacks, though. "that's a good motivator! maybe we should all go out for snacks later." speaking of, she's not sure when the others are arriving. "i'm sure they will," she reasons. "what time were we supposed to get here? i know i tried to come in pretty early."
âyouâre too sweetâ sori says, sending a smile the otherâs way before taking a sip of her vitamin drink. while sori doesnât care much for her looks, the countless of compliments on her looks has made her pretty sure sheâs considered pretty. sheâs unlike her brother when it comes to that, the man is very aware of his good looks, and he seems to care a lot about those said good looks. âsometimes it feels weird how many pictures of me is out thereâ she hums âpeople take pictures of me without i even realize they do itâ she shrugs.
âletâs hope nothing goes wrong then! iâm pretty confident in the dance, iâve practiced it quite a lot of times by nowâ she nods. âmmhm, snacks after all of this hard work sounds good! i could really use something with red bean right nowâ her stomach rumbles. âah, when were we supposed to come? i always come in early, so i guess the two of us are probably just early?â she tilts her head to the side âthere canât possible be a lot of time before the others arrive tooâ.
"you need to let go of the past's hand, so you can catch the hand of the future"
...
what next? sori found herself staring at her reflection, wide eyes, a bare face. she said it out loud, âwhat next?â. sheâd been chasing dream after dream, a debut, finishing school, what now? she found herself⌠stuck? sheâd gotten everything she wanted, yet it felt so⌠empty. she bites her lip, tilts her head to the side, her face looks familiar, yet at the same time like something sheâs never seen before. who was she? the question sounded stupid, she was aster, cha sori, an idol, a university graduate, a daughter, a sister. yet when she looks at her reflection, she finds herself frowning. those werenât answers, they were titles, stuff anyone could see about her if they searched her name online. but who was she?
the silence felt loud, she was only able to hear her own breath, yet it was so, so loud. normally she would be busy enough to ignore thoughts like this. school had always been there. homework had always been there. practice had always been there. there had always been another goal waiting for her. now there wasn't. her eyes drifted toward her desk. for years that desk had been buried beneath textbooks, assignments, notebooks, schedules. now it sat clean. the sight should have made her happy, instead it felt strange, like something was missing.
sheâd dreamed of this for so long, no homework, no handling both school and practice at once, no exams nor any deadlines. now she felt so empty, and she couldnât properly figure out why, hadnât she gotten everything she wanted? it felt like standing in the middle of a field after spending years walking through a tunnel, there was so much space that she didn't know where to go. she was satisfied, she surely was, achieved her dream, she just couldnât figure it outâŚ
eunhye shook her head as she admitted, ânot really, i didnât really play video games when i was younger. we couldnât afford them, but once my oldest brother had his first full-time job, he bought a gaming console for the rest of us. i didnât play video games as much during that time because of school, training life, or it was at my other brotherâs place. it wasnât until the switch came out that i had my own gaming console and played more.â she remembered the days when she would play various multiplayer games as a way to bond with her siblings. âback then i only played because my siblings always needed another player to join them. itâs the perk of having multiple siblings; you can always ask one of them to be your teammate instead of asking a friend.â
turning towards sori, eunhye briefly explained, âyup, the first one is always the easiest one, while the last one is the hardest. but you press âaâ to accelerate and âbâ to use the brakes. the left stick lets you turn and âzlâ is to use the items. then âzrâ should be the drift button!â she knew that there were extra controls and mechanics depending on the controller, but with the race starting, eunhye knew that it was best to give only the basics and hope that sori would understand it after a bit of time.Â
as soon as the race began, eunhye focused mostly on the screen as she checked every so often what place she was or where she was on the map. âoofâ there are three players ahead throwing bananas at each other.â she described as if she was a race commentator. âyou might have to be careful of bowser; that player has been using items on other racers.â she suggested right before she saw her kart colliding with a red shell. â...like me.â eunhye chuckled as she tried to recover from the attack.
âah, it was the same for me, we couldnât afford such thingâ she shakes her head, âbut it makes me appreciate how far iâve come, for a wii to be too expensive, to my brother and dad buying me a nintendo switchâ. sometimes it still didnât feel entirely real. she used to work in the restaurant along with handling school work, she didnât have the money to buy whatever she wanted, or anything really, they were just making it day after day. now her family has gotten so far, sori and hyoseop being successful idols, her dad being a famous model, her momâs restaurant doing much better. she doesnât want to take for granted what she has now, because she knows how it is to have nothing.
âokay uuh⌠iâll try to remember thatâ she nods, she did listen carefully, how much sheâll remember she isnât sure about though. the race starts sooner than she thought, and suddenly sori finds herself playing mario kart for the first time in her life. âiâm assuming bananas are bad, so iâll try to avoid thoseâ she hums. âhey look! iâm not in last place!â far away from first place too, but everybody has to start somewhere. âman our opponents are evil, one of them basically tried to kill me with a bombâ.

for minji, makeup had always just been part of her life. having been in the performing arts from a young age, she was always putting on makeup for a musical or a dance recital or whatever else she happened to be doing, even in elementary school. by the time she was in middle school, she was wearing light makeup daily, not because she had a particular interest in makeup or anything, but because it was just something she knew how to do and decided to do along with the other girls in her grade.
"ah, really?" minji smiles, catching a glimpse of her face in the mirror. she has never been one to particularly study her own looks; after all, she spent most of her time playing characters, so she was used to not 'looking herself' anyways. but her skin is in pretty good condition (something minji does put effort into, as it's her duty as an idol). she might have some dark under eyes from staying up late at night, but it's nothing too noticeable; she also puts in effort to combat them as much as she can.
"i might sweat mine off," she says. "i'm predicting at least three full-out takes, assuming everything goes perfectly all three takes." minji is no stranger to filming, and knows they tend to do multiple takes of anything, even if the first take was almost flawless; sometimes, the editors just like having options so they can put out the one that feels the most right. "but i think we should be done pretty quickly regardless," the girl reasons. "we must be at a point where we're comfortable with the choreography, if they're having us film the practice now without delays."
sori was still far from being the best at giving compliments, but she tried. it just didnât come naturally to her for some reason, usually sheâd have to force out a compliment. she was getting better at it though, and when she mentioned minji looked good without make up, she did genuinely mean it. âyouâre so pretty, i donât think iâve ever seen an ugly picture of you⌠how do you do it?â she places her hands on her hips as she tilts her head to the side. sori though, has also always been told sheâs pretty no matter what, she just doesnât really care for such thing.
âthree takesâŚâ sori grows silent for a bit âgood thing i like dancingâ she adds. âiâll buy some of my favourite snacks afterwards then, as a rewardâ she nods her head. âthree takes isnât too bad when i really think of it⌠so letâs go after three takes! i luckily think weâre a group of good dancers, so it should be easy, right?â she tilts her head to the side. âi at least feel confident in the danceâ she shrugs, âdo you think the others will arrive soon?â.
eunhye pouted right after she heard soriâs words. âif i get eaten, the fabelles will be my witnesses!â she retorted playfully, knowing that they were both joking. smiling widely at sori, she asked, âwould you let me join fabulaâs maknae line as an honorary member? i like to think being the youngest in my family is proof enough!â eunhye believed all those years of being the youngest had paid off, making it easy for her to slip into the maknae role without feeling embarrassed, even when acting overly cute. it was something that the fans were always charmed by, especially since fabula was known more for their girl crush, confident image.
she laughed belatedly, realizing the potential downside of âjoiningâ the maknae line. âthen again, maybe iâm better off not being part of it. i can still make use of my unnie privileges.â eunhye teased, even if she rarely did, believing that everyone was equal to her, regardless of age or status. looking at soriâs bunny ears again, she requested, âsince youâre a bunny, you should give meâ er, us, a good bunny impersonation!â
sori shakes her head âthe fabelles wouldnât snitch on meâ she says playfully. sori hums for a bit âyou want to join the maknae line with me and minji?â she looks curiously at eunhye âiâd have to talk with minji⌠but personally i vote yesâ she chuckles. âweâre both the youngest sibling, so i think we understand each other wellâ she nods her head. being in the maknae line felt so bizarre, yet perfect at the same time.Â
âwaah⌠giving up on joining the maknae line so quickly? is it really better to be in the unnie line?â she tilts her head to the side. âi like being one of the youngest, it makes making you pay for my dinner easierâ she chuckles. âyouâre the most maknae-st, unnie i knowâ she pokes the other. âbunny impressionâŚ? how would i do that? what does a bunny do? jump? are you asking me to jump?â she takes a step back, placing her hands on her hips and looking confusedly at eunhye.
sori sits down, tapping her fingers on her thighs, sitting in front of a camera still isnât her greatest skill, and she looks a bit around before properly looking into the camera, forcing a smile to show up on her lips. âjust get it over withâ she tells herself in her head, convincing herself sheâs ready to answer some questions.
âwhatâs your favorite nintendo game of all time, and why?â
âtruthfully⌠i havenât exactly played a lot of games, so thereâs not much to pick fromâ she shrugs âbut my member and friend introduced me to mario kart a while ago, while iâm still not the best driver, it was a game i really enjoyedâ she nods. âit was really fun, i did get quite competitive though⌠but i think i love multiplayer games overall? theyâre just more fun for me to play, i keep picking baby mario as my character though⌠i feel like maybe i should try a new character soon?â.
âif you could live in any nintendo world, which one would you choose?â
âahh⌠any nintendo worldâŚ?â she hums âthatâs such a hard questionâŚâ. âhmm⌠i think maybe i would choose the mario world? mostly because of mario kartâ. âi know that probably sounds silly, but it just seems really fun. even though it looks a little chaotic sometimes⌠everyone always seems like theyâre having funâ. âi think it would be exciting to travel to all the different places too. like, one day you could be somewhere really pretty and peaceful, and then the next day youâre racing through rainbow roads in the sky.â she laughs quietly âalthough⌠iâd probably be really scared of falling off.â âand oh⌠i like the idea that it feels very cheerful? even when things go wrong, everything somehow feels okay again in the end. i think iâd like living somewhere that feels bright and happy like that.â smiles âmaybe iâd still be bad at driving, thoughâŚâ.
âhow does gaming fit into your daily schedule, especially with a busy schedule?â
âah⌠uhmâŚâ she laughs softly, a little embarrassed âhonestly⌠gaming doesnât fit into my schedule as much as i wish it didâŚâ. âwith practice, filming, recordings, and everything else, i feel like thereâs always something to doâ. âby the time i get home, sometimes iâm so tired that i just shower and go straight to bedâŚâ. âbut i really do miss itâ. âwhenever i see clips of people playing mario kart or hear friends talking about games, i always think, âahh, i want to play tooâŚââ âi think games are really nice because they help you relax and forget stress for a little while. so⌠umâŚâ she humsâi kind of hope that when things calm down a bit, i can make more time for it again. even if itâs just a few races before bed.â
while sori had managed to be an idol for quite a bit of time now, she still felt rather⌠awkward when filming cfs. standing in front of the camera was still not soriâs strongest trait. and while her dad was a successful model, and had countless of times tried to give her advice, sori remained awkward and shy in front of the camera. sheâs sure itâll change someday⌠maybe⌠hopefully? but for now, sheâll just attempt her best to get through it.
truthfully, sori didnât know much about this âpokemon pokopiaâ game they were promoting, which also truthfully, made her even more nervous about filming the commercial. sheâs biting her lip, looking around and soon spots a familiar face. âhey yuraâ she says with a smile, while the two know each other, itâs been a while since they last interacted, but sori is pretty sure sheâll just grow more nervous if sheâs just standing by herself. âthe game weâre filming a cf for, are you familiar with it?â.
âyeah, a living skeleton!â eunhye nodded her head several times, relieved to know that sori had a better way of describing the character she had chosen. âit is a bit creepy, but somehow i find that a bit endearing about this character. but youâre right though, not as cute as baby mario.â she laughed as she looked at the vehicle choices quickly.Â
a few seconds passed before eunhye came to the conclusion that she would pick the first one she saw. âthe first one! itâs easier for me to pick the first one instead since itâs suited for all players usually.â after choosing their vehicles, eunhye reasoned as she passed through the menu, confirming the choices they agreed on earlier. âiâve been told that since each part of the kart has different stats, it helps the player when driving. for instance, you could pick a heavy kart to block collisions from another player, but the downside to it is that you tend to move at a much slower speed. or you could pick the fastest kart, but sacrifice getting hit and pushed to the side easily by the heavier kart. those are the things the veteran players think of when choosing their karts.â
after she was done with her explanation, eunhye noticed that it was time for them to start the race. âoh! itâs race time.â she smiled as she shifted her focus back on their screen. âgood luck!â eunhye added soon after, excited to see how their first race would turn out.
âah it seems like thereâs a lot to get to know about this gameâŚâ she nods her head a bit âi suppose with time iâll find out which car suits my playing method bestâ she shrugs âfor now iâll just go with whatever i find cutest thoughâ she chuckles. sori doesnât exactly expect much from herself, and sheâs pretty sure she wonât be good in the beginning, no matter what vehicle she picks. âdid you play this growing up?â she looks at eunhye. she wouldâve loved to have played this growing up, but they were probably too poor, and then when her dad got money, he left with her brother.
âeh! is it already race time?â sori bites her lip âi donât even know how to drive⌠do i press any buttons or do i just drive automatically?â she looks at eunhye with panic in her eyes. âyouâre choosing an easy one, right? i think i need to start with an easy oneâŚâ. âbe prepared to uuh⌠loseâ thereâs not exactly much confidence behind soriâs voice, sheâs already pretty sure sheâll lose herself.

most memorable or favorite event âteam unknown mission 001â, i have never wanted to debut as much as when i joined team unknown, the team and event really pushed me to practice harder, and made me realize how much i wanted to be an idol
minji gladly takes the vitamin drink, immediately uncapping it and taking a sip as she sits in a split on the ground. "you're right! this is where the dancing really counts, so i'll take all the vitamins I can get." she puts the bottle back down, then stretches forward in her split, feeling the slight pull on her hip muscles.
she thinks about sori's words- the weirdness of filming in their 'natural' state, without heavy stage makeup or elaborate dancewear. minji, knowing she was filming today, did put on some very light makeup, nothing elaborate. just some mascara and a lip tint. however, it's still nowhere close to the flaw-covering glam they typically have on stage and in videos.
despite not being in a 'perfect' state, minji still ends up replying "eh, i think i got used to it." after multiple years in the industry, it's second nature for her to notice cameras around at any point- prepared or not. "the fans won't mind anyways. anyone who says anything about it is probably just watching to hate in the first place."
sori didnât care as much about her looks at her brother and dad, in that respect she was different and more like her mother. her brother and dad wore make up almost every time they went out, and the two were both big fans of working out. sori doesnât think sheâs ever even seen her mom in make up. itâs not that sori dislikes wearing make up, she loves getting her make up done, and she often does her make up herself, itâs just⌠not a priority for sori? she doesnât mind going out without make up, besides, she usually isnât lazy, but when it comes to her looks⌠perhaps sheâs a bit lazyâŚ
âi donât dislike my face without make up, so who caresâ she shrugs. âand you always look good minji, make up or notâ she smiles to the other. âbesides, if we did wear make up, we might just sweat it off anywayâ she nods her head a bit. âdo you think weâll manage to get it in one takeâŚ? i feel like even if we do good on our first take, they might just make us do another take anywayâ.
no matter how many fansigns eunhye attended, she always enjoyed them. some fans were familiar faces sheâd seen countless times before, while others were people she barely knew but still wanted to leave with a memorable experience.Â
as the staff members rearranged the tables and seats, eunhye did her best to juggle her usual leader responsibilities while interacting with the fans around her. with so many people trying to get her attention at once, though, her focus scattered between conversations. because of that, she was surprised when she felt something placed on her head, followed by a familiar voice.
âhuh?â eunhye blinked in confusion, wondering what sori had done before her eyes landed on the otherâs bunny ears. a laugh slipped out of her immediately. âyouâre the cute one!â she protested, pointing at the ears before tugging lightly at the hat on her own head to see that it was a fish hat. âiâm glad that rabbits are herbivores. i donât want to be eaten by sorikki!â eunhye joked as she scrunched her nose in mock horror.Â
âi think iâm going to keep calling you sorikki until the fansign ends. itâs cute,â she added with a smile. âitâs a mix of sori and tokki.â even as she spoke, eunhye was already trying to think of ways to help sori feel more comfortable without letting the fans notice anything was wrong. to match the silly mood with her hat, eunhye puffed out her cheeks and puckered her lips into an exaggerated fish impression. turning her body slowly towards sori, she asked, âhow would you rate my fish impression?â
fansigns were a weird concept in soriâs head, standing on stage answering questions and interacting with her members, then sitting on a chair to talk to fans, but it was still enjoyable though, sori liked it. sheâd never been the most social, always struggled with making friends, so interacting with fans didnât exactly come natural to her. she still tried her best of course, to smile and happily listen to her fans, because they truly meant the world to her, she just struggled with showing that.
âsorikki?â she repeats, looking up at eunhye with her puppy eyes, âi like it! itâs cute! no guarantee i wonât eat you thoughâŚâ she playfully hits eunhye while a smile sits on her lips. thereâs a lot of comfort in standing next to eunhye, interacting with the other, the worry of so many eyes on her, fade a bit away. âyour fish impression is amazingâ she gives a strong nod âare you sure youâre not the maknae of fabula?â she tilts her head to the side âyouâre too good at aegyoâŚâ.
with all of my muses renewing their contracts w nintendo, they're all in search for a thread for the event !! sori and cherry are both doing pokemon pokopia and hyoseop will be doing "yoshi and the mysterious book", if you'd be interested in plotting, please like this post :3
âoh yeah! for sure!â eunhye responded with confidence. âfans tend to like all sides of us, or at least what is presented to the public. obviously they wouldnât really like someone who is rude or disrespectful, but if itâs something like them not being good at something, theyâll find it charming and cute that their bias is someone who has flaws too.â sheâs seen her fair share of moments similar to what she had described (and also experienced a few for herself).
âconfidence doesnât come from experience aloneâit comes from believing in yourself too. if you trust that you can win, you just might surprise yourself!â she said with reassurance as she shared a bit of her mindset whenever she tried something new (and once she got out of the initial surprise phase). chuckling at soriâs reaction, eunhye watched as sori picked her character before going back to where her cursor was. âiâm picking this one! itâs called dry bones, theyâre umâŚhow should i explain itâŚâ eunhye realized that explaining what they were to someone who might not know could possibly be an interesting moment. âthe opposite of that one.â she vaguely began describing while pointing to the turtle that looked similar, which was the koopa troopa. âitâs just theyâre the skeletal version.â
clearing her throat, eunhye quickly clicked on her chosen character before switching to the vehicles option. âi think after picking the vehicle, itâll ask us to confirm if everything is correct so we can start the race afterwards.â she noticed that there were so many vehicle options to choose from, but ended up choosing whatever was the first one available to make it easier for her. âfor the veteran players, they have their own preferences for the go-karts since each one has advantages and disadvantages. but usually whatever comes up first is a good option for players!â
âeh, really?â she pouts âi still donât like showing the things iâm bad at thoughâŚâ she lets out a sigh. itâs always been soriâs goal to be the best at everything, and usually she is the best at everything, so it feels so weird when thereâs something in the world she isnât the best at. she has these high standards for herself, and perhaps she just assumes everybody else has these high standards for her as well. âflaws too you sayâ she hums âmaybe itâs not the end of the world to let them see me do stuff iâm not good at⌠iâd still prefer showing off the things iâm good at thoughâ.
âso itâs like a living skeleton or something?â she looks at eunhye as she tilts her head to the side. she turns her back to the screen, âitâs kind of creepy, isnât it? well⌠itâs definitely not as cute as baby mario, thatâs for sureâŚâ she nods her head. âoh, weâre picking our own vehicle too? this is kind of fun, and we havenât even properly startedâ she giggles. âi think iâm just gonna pick whichever vehicle is the cutestâ she shrugs, scrolling through to find her pick. âthat one!â she says excitedly, before letting her eyes wander over to eunhyeâs pick, âare you gonna chose what comes first or something else?â.

the livestream starts a few minutes late with the camera pointed at absolutely nothing useful for a solid ten seconds before shifting abruptly upward. a quiet voice mutters, âoh⌠itâs on already?â there she is, slightly flustered, fixing a strand of hair behind her ear as chat immediately fills with greetings and teasing comments about her accidental dramatic entrance. she laughs awkwardly, the kind that sounds halfway between embarrassed and fond. âsorry,â she says quietly. âiâm not good at starting lives⌠i thought someone else would do for me⌠like usuallyâ she bites her lip, fans calling her cute to her own surprise.
tonightâs game is pokĂŠmon pokopia, though she says the title cautiously, like sheâs worried she somehow pronounced it wrong. the entire vibe of the stream becomes cozy almost instantly. sheâs a little shy in front of the camera, often glancing at chat before quickly looking back at the game, smiling to herself whenever fans compliment her.
at first, she tries to be very focused. very serious, keyword: tries. five minutes in, she confidently explains her âstrategyâ for approaching a challenge, speaking carefully like sheâs presenting something deeply thought-out. âso if i go this way,â she says, nodding to herself, âthen technicallyââ immediate mistake, her character runs directly into the wrong area. she blinks. ââŚi think that was emotional navigation.â the chat loves it âwhat?â she asks, genuinely confused. âthat made sense in my head.â
the funniest part is she never realizes when sheâs being funny. when fans spam laughing emojis after she accidentally startles herself over an in-game sound effect, she looks puzzled. âi didnât even scream,â she says quietly, a pause, âyou screamed,â chat insists. ânoâŚâ she says, immediately replaying the clip after fans beg her to. silence. ââŚokay maybe a little.â
throughout the stream, she accidentally creates running jokes without meaning to. she keeps forgetting item names and inventing replacements that somehow stick with the fandom. a mysterious glowing object becomes âthe sparkly suspicious thing,â and after getting mildly lost for the third time she sighs softly and says, âiâm not lost. iâm just⌠seeing all the map has to offer.â fans instantly start quoting it.
despite her shyness, she constantly checks in with viewers. she reads usernames quietly, thanks people for staying, and occasionally gets flustered when compliments move too fast in chat. âyou guys are too nice,â she mumbles, trying very hard to move on before smiling anyway.
with the new comeback on the horizon, it meant there were many routine activities that needed to be filmed; and today, it was time to record the dance practice.¨
minji had dressed herself in a simple black outfit, one that she hoped would accentuate her lines and make herself look good while dancing. she had her hair tied up in a ponytail, a habit she'd held since her days in musical theatre dance classes.
the girl excitedly bounced into the practice room, meeting sori inside." she smiles, plopping herself next to her and beginning to warm up, starting with a few lunges. "i was practicing in my dorm late last night, i was so excited! i want to make sure it's perfect, of course. how about you, do you think you're ready for the video?"
sori was ambivalent when it came to filming dance practice. dance surely was soriâs greatest skill, and she was very confident in it, still, having a camera film her made her a bit nervous, which makes no sense, because sheâs not at all nervous when sheâs performing live. perhaps she just hasnât fully gotten used to being in front of cameras yet, it still feels⌠strange⌠unfamiliar? she doesnât have a word for it, she just knows she still remains not the biggest fan of being filmed.
sheâs wearing grey sweatpants, and a way too tight black shirt, looking in the mirror, she almost feels disgusted, not that her outfit looks bad, it just⌠looks like something her brother would wear⌠sure theyâve spent more time than usual lately, but that doesn't mean sheâs becoming more like him, does it? ah well⌠who cares, sori is probably the only one noticing how striking similar her outfit is to what her brother wears.
sori nods at minjiâs words âi feel preparedâ she says, a slight smile showing up on her lips. âah wait, give me a second!â the girl says before vanishing over to her bag, soon returning âhereâs a vitamin drinkâ she says with a smile âwe gotta keep ourselves healthyâ. âit feels a bit weird thereâs cameras in here when i look so⌠naked? i havenât done my hair nor my make upâŚâ.
