hey all, as you may or may not know, I have a condition called guillain-barre syndrome that has caused, among other things, my hands to be partially paralyzed, making typing and using a mouse more difficult and painful. my physical and occupational therapists have suggested I look into getting an ergonomic mouse and keyboard that would be less strain on my hands and wrists, and if anyone can help me do that it'd be greatly appreciated~!

I desperately need help to pay my rent & bills this month!!

Wednesday, June 17th: Happy Pride, everyone. I’m Gem, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman in desperate need of help, as I'm struggling to pay some bills, which are due before I receive my welfare!!

I'm sorry that I have to e-beg again. However, as most of you know from my previous posts, I have been struggling to make ends meet while on welfare. And due to my outstanding bills and ever-increasing debt, it has been difficult for me to make ends meet. With the rising cost of living, I have been relying on my credit cards to pay bills and simply get by on a day-to-day basis.

This has cost me a great deal, and repaying them is more than I can afford. I’ve put off making this post and tried to manage these bills on my own, but I’m really struggling because I'm overdrawn, and I can't cover them with the limited welfare I receive on the 30th.

My birthday is also this Friday, on June 19th, and I’d be very grateful for any help with my bills and getting some groceries.

Again, I know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would mean a lot, and sharing helps just as much.

Insane levels of cope

hello again friends, loved ones, and beloved mutuals. i hate to be making a post like this again so soon, but bottom surgery was extraordinarily expensive, and the time i had to take off work for surgery was not paid which has made bouncing back financially quite difficult while i wait for insurance to reimburse travel and lodging.

as such, myself and my live-in partner @delicate-viscera are coming up considerably short on the bills this month. we could really use some help making ends meet with rent, utilities, and groceries, as well as catching up on the money owed for the cat sitters who helped take care of our beautiful furballs while we were away from home.

i've never raised near this much money through tumblr before, and honestly i don't expect to, we're scrambling to find help through every avenue available. but anything you can do truly means the world!! even if it's only a couple bucks, even if it's just sending it to someone who you know is in a better position to help, or just sharing it on your blog for reach. we are two dykes in desperate need, recovering from surgery and sickness respectively, please help us make ends meet!!

Hey, we're both completely broke after both going through repeated on-and-off psychotic breaks, manic episodes and panic attacks for the last two weeks. Our caseworkers tried to have both of us committed to a psych unit. They deemed we weren't in "any immediate danger of hurting ourselves," so they decided they wouldn't take us in and just kept us for observation for a few hours and sent us home to fend for ourselves alone.

We've been home since Monday and are still recovering from everything we've been through the last few weeks, but we really need some help picking up our meds and getting groceries for meal prep for the rest of the month. The last couple of weeks have been so awful and we really just need time to heal and we're incredibly grateful for any help we can get.
