Arrested Development - 3 years 5 months and 2 days in the life of... The album's name comes from how long it took the group to finally get a record contract. This album when released, (1992) was such a refreshing change from the gangsta rap which was currently dominating the charts. It focuses on peace, love and spirituality, choke full of messages and positive vibes. I personally fell in love we've positive hip hop albums rather than Wu, Snoop and Dre,. The Beastie Boys - Hot Sauce Committee Part Two This was the Beasties 8th album and also thier last. It was meant to be released as two parts but was delayed and released as only one album entitled part 2 due to Adam Yauch (MCA) unfortunately being diagnosed with cancer. I love this album for its creative production style and really coming away from the Beasties original hip hop sound. It's like they went at this album with the intent to not sound like your average hiphop production.
