Can't Knock Your Hustle For Real

It’s not even a school day anymore but it’s like my body wants me up at this hour. This is stupid but I also had the idea that maybe we could have a party at my place this weekend. I think that our mom is going to be going out of town and us being the Rose girls, she trusts us so much. So, why not? I’ll bring the booze if everyone else can just bring themselves and food. I’m already starting on Jello shots and that’s just the start of it all. The only thing that I ask is we hang out in the guest house. Food is good though, so bring it please. Consider it starting tonight and lasting however long. 

You should just make it last all summer, y’know? You could go down in Lima history for being the longest lasting house party. There’s no better way to be remembered as. 

Brendan once asked me if it’d be frowned upon to sleep all weekend, I told him no. Now my question to all of you is, would it frowned upon to just sleep all summer? Oh and sorry McKinley for the baseball Regionals loss a few days ago.

No, that’s what I’m gonna be doing. I mean if you’re not doing that then how are you even gonna survive summer? You just gotta sleep 24/7, like a quick hibernation. 

Let’s be real: the only good part of this was the rollercoasters, throwing things at people, and harrassing my group members. Oh and nachos. Lots of nachos.

Nachos are pretty good but they get old pretty fast, y’know? You wanna know what’s better than nachos? Those nachos that come as appetizers with like everything on them and you eat like the whole thing and you don’t even want your meal afterwards.

Hollie: Good. I would freaking hope that you would. I'm awesome.

Hollie: I totally got some. Well. Yeah, got some is good.

Levi: I dunno if awesome is the best word to describe you, I'm thinking something more like you're chill or something like that.

Why ruin your whole week by putting the two school days midweek? One Monday, one Friday, the rest of the time is time off. Sounds pretty perfect to me.

But then you’d have to dread Friday. Why not just get it over with with having two school days back to back?

Tired from being social? Aren’t you social at least even a little bit of the time?

Yeah but only to people that I like. Even then, it could be a little too much. My brain prefers being left alone for some reason.

Well usually it’s not totally disagree more of not used to doing something but you try it out anyways. It’s more exploring. 

So you’re still doing something you’re not into doing. Who the hell would do that?

Tuesday’s one of those pointless days that shouldn’t exist. They should either do away with it or make it another day of rest, like Sundays were intended to be. Other than soccer practice, I see no relevance in it staying. I’ll start a petition. Who’s with me?

I agree completely. Or we should just only have school on like Wednesday and Thursday and be done.

I was almost concerned that I should be offended but nevermind, I’ll take that as a compliment. Hopefully, if I decide to go next year, someone else will get into a fight the week before to avoid all of the drama.

I dunno if you should hope that. Just to be clear, Holden started that. I just finished it. 

That’s why you should find something to do with your life if you can’t have fun after prom. There’s way better things to do.

I would, I’m sure. I have literally no experience with them, so it wouldn’t be hard to surprise me. Still, I don’t see why anyone would spend the money to ruin their own night and someone else’s. Not that it…really matters because no one fought.

Well a lot of minds work differently than yours, so I wouldn’t expect you to get it. People do it for attention and shit, y’know also because they’re petty as hell.

So, last night was a success. Obviously people will be buzzing about it for a while but what I’m really thinking about is what are people going to do after prom? Now the excitement is over. So, now what?

Now they go back to living their boring ass lives, obviously. Kinda sucks for those that don’t know how to have any fun on their own.
