Little jag in a jar.

The last terrarium of 2013, but definitely not the last one ever. This one proved a bit of a challenge positioning everything underneath and around the hollowed middle of the wine decanter.

Sometimes we treasure our canines more than our human counterparts.

It's Winter down under right now, but it's nothing that a pot of hot tea can't fix! This isn't a terrarium in the traditional sense as there is not actually anything alive in there. The "snow" was created using ordinary table salt. The look of this one was inspired by my visit to a friend in Pforzheim, Germany, which is situated on the northern edge of the Black Forest.

You may notice some lines across the image, it is due to the shape of the glass and is quite noticeable with cheaper quality. Always try and find good glass for your terrarium, it's worth it!

Digital Illustration I did probably a year and a half ago. The subject is Kid Flash and I kind of got really into Young Justice when it first came out, which therefore resulted in this. I never really showed very many people this old thang, but here it is now I guess. Pretty pleased with it. It's possibly one of the few things I've ever actually finished. Ever.

This time I've used an old coffee plunger to create some de(er)caffeinated coffee- mind the pun. Using an unusual or common household item as opposed to a jar can instantly make a terrarium more interesting.

I altered and distorted my mind with substances not for the faint hearted,  I'd like to think that a certain high can take me places I've always wanted to go to. To somehow make myself feel the joys and happiness of sadness. But when i wake up i realise that it's even worse than before. - Anonymous
