So you might have seen my last post about my splendies pack (Or not, here’s the link: https://letsreviewthatbox.tumblr.com/post/618578191433515008/splendies-review ) In where I thought I got a thong in my “never thongs” pack. So I emailed them about it asking if they would please replace it as I don’t wear thongs since I find them very uncomfortable. A few hours later I heard back and was asked for pictures of the underwear as proof, so I just sent them the pictures I’d taken for the post then didn’t hear anything till late the next day and wasn’t super happy with the reply. The lady ignored that I’d asked for a replacement and went on to explaining to me it wasn’t a thong it was a “cheeky” and then went on to also explain the difference between a thong, a cheeky, and a bikini with pictures and everything. Which I honestly kind of felt like she thought I was just stupid or kinda complaining to complain when I had a real problem (I’ve only contacted them once before to size up since they run small so I’m not sure if this is the norm or not. o: ). I also tried them on both ways since a lot of people in a fan page for Splendies I’m in said that little part was the front but after trying it on both ways I thought there was no way that was the case. I emailed her right back within about 5 minutes saying I understood what all those types of underwear were and could I please have them replaced please since I won’t be wearing them and I didn’t really need them explained to me since I knew what all those things were and got no reply after 24 hours. I think got an email from someone new saying they were taking over since the first girl had been wrong and I was informed it was a “Brazilian Bikini” and that yes indeed that tiny little part went in the front, which to give you an idea I’m not a bigger girl at all but it turned into “front thong” if I even breathed. Seemed like a real easy way to get a UTI or something. DX So now I was honestly a little upset they’d even put something like this into the pack and kind of don’t want to be with them anymore if they’re going to give me things like this. So I emailed back saying either way I wouldn’t be wearing something like that as it’s even more uncomfortable that way then how I thought it went and to please either replace them or cancel my bag if they won’t since I don’t want to run the risk of getting things like this. Well they emailed back today and said they’d be sure to cancel my bag and after some time to think they hope I’ll come resubscribe to them. I’m sorry to say I don’t see that happening. I hope I don’t seem mean or anything but it’s kind of off putting if they don’t know what they’re putting in the bags and misinforming people, not getting to the root of the problem, and then instead of fixing it they let a subscriber go and tell them they hope they come back after some time to think instead of just replacing the funky feeling underwear. Hopefully other people don’t have this same problem and enjoy their panties! I tried but just wasn’t crazy about Splendies even after a year of having them which is to bad. So I’m sorry to say no more splendies on here but we still have Knotty Knickers and if you know of any other underwear boxes I might like let me know! :D Have an awesome day everyone and please be safe!

Yep. That’s a thong in my “never thongs” pack... Hhhhh, not ganna lie this is a bit annoying since I do really like this pair and it’s not the first time this mistake had happened in one of my packs. :( I’ll write them about the mistake and update you when I hear back! But sides that this is a very cute pair of panties! I love the look of them and the color, the fool of them is nice but nothing amazing, I wish they were a little more silky feeling but other then that very nice, no lose strings on them or anything. :) this pair is is made from 84% Nylon and 16% spandex and again on they’re little tag they say they retail for $12.00, still feel this is a bit pricey for what they’re made of but I don’t buy thongs so they could be priced a little differently. Uh oh... these pair has some little stains on the back... It’s not a huge deal but if I’m paying for a new pair I’d rather they not be stained, I did try to wash these off to see if it’d come out but no luck. So I’ll be emailing Knotty Knickers and seeing what we hear back, I’ll post an update on that when that happens! :) Other then that these are very cute and well made, again not normally a pink girl but I do like these! And again besides the little spots these seem very well made, no stray strings or anything which is good! and these ones were made with again 95% cotton and 5% spandex just like the first pair which is nice. :) Well that’s it for this bag, what do you guys think? So I’ll be posting about a few different monthly boxes, changing them out now and then, and just saying what I over all think of the box. :) The picture here is just something I found on google, so if it’s yours and would like it removed please tell me!
