These BBQ burgers are perfect for a summer party. They're juicy, flavorful, and have a hint of smokiness from the grill. Add your favorite toppings and condiments to customize them to your taste.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles. Ketchup. Mustard.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onions, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, barbecue sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients until well combined and form the mixture into 4 burger patties. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves on the bottom bun, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and pickles. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun, and place it on top of the assembled ingredients. Serve hot, and enjoy your delicious summertime BBQ burgers!
