Unfollow those people or tags that you don't like. Stop looking at the comment section to search for any disagreeable comment. Remove old screenshots, remove those songs from playlist that make you feel awful.

Don't force yourself to like something just for the sake of it. If it's not clicking, then leave it, there are always thousands of things that'll make you feel good.

Spring cleaning may also mean intentionally choosing those things, people and situations that make you feel good, and avoiding those that don't.
