new blog, old got deleted😔

been a hot minute. i’m 20lbs heavier than i was when i started this. i’m the heaviest i’ve ever been in my life and i feel beyond gigantic. literally i look bad in all my clothes. i can’t wear half my wardrobe it’s so upsetting. my face looks puffy in every photo and i constantly feel guilty about food.

anyways i have some big life changes and i want to step into this new era on a better foot than ive been. i want to feel good and look good. but most importantly i need to feel like myself again.

day 1:

- 4 hard boiled eggs

- handful of peanuts
