So yesterday was a BAD day but today I chose to take care of myself. I slept in, meditated, and worked on loving myself. You can receive all the compliments in the world and still feel undesired. You can be lifted up by those around you and still knock yourself down. You can be loved and adored by others but you must first LOVE YOURSELF. Sadly I forget that but today I chose to do that. I love the way I look today but beyond that, I love the people who I've chosen to be in my life. Thank you to everyone who has checked on me, cared for me, and loved me. I literally would not be here without all of you. And do your best to love yourself ❤️
