But my anxiety disorder has gotten to the point I wanted to take a weapon to my friends house (it wasnt even an online friend, we just always saw eachother on bus stop or group therapy) on our first meeting becouse I was so paranoid that he will do something to me and I was paranoid for most of the time, we were going somewhere higher? he will propobly push me, we were going somewhere whwre less people were there? he propobly wanted to rape/kill me, I was analysing my situation all the time even tho in the end everything turned out okay becouse why wouldnt it? And this kind of situations are daily for me, I constantly think, care, stress and do something weird to avoid it but seem like a normal person anyway
