It's time to celebrate the wonderful women of Star Wars! I have explained the event in further detail below! 💚

I used the sunset lesbian flag only bc I thought it would look nice with the galaxy theme. This is a Star Wars wlw appreciation event, and any orientation as long it is between women are accepted.

What's the origin of your blog's title?

Cayde-6 is my favorite Destiny character (shocking,I know) and so I just meshed the acronym Bae (Before Anyone Else) and Cayde's name together.

Favorite Game: I've played Skyrim a ridiculous amount of times so probably Skyrim or Ocarina of Time.

Weirdest habit/trait:I'll do random impressions/accents sometimes. My friends seem to enjoy it though so that's all that matters to me. Sometimes they join in.❤️

Hobbies:Playing videogames with friends,reading,singing,watching movies. I used to paint and sketch,but I don't really do that anymore...I really should because I miss it,even if it's just for me.

If you could have any job you wish what would it be?

Something that makes me happy. Something involving art of some kind/where I have a creative outlet.✨

Something you're good at:

Being humble.✨

Something you're bad at:

Opening up to people about stuff that actually matters. Letting myself be vulnerable. So if I've let myself be vulnerable,even just a little around you, congratulations,you somehow started to break the surface of my nearly impenetrable emotional walls,keep chipping away and maybe you'll get somewhere one day. 👈👈😎

Something you excel at:

Making people laugh and being a good friend. It might not mean much to other people,but I'm proud of that. I know I'm the friend that I would want even though it's not always reciprocated/taken for granted by my friends.

Something you hate:I don't really hate anything...wait...this is ridiculously specific,but Tanlorin's hair in ESO. I can't with that stupid hair. I hate it with a burning passion.It's too modern for me for a High fantasy mmorpg.

That and when guys act like girls can't/don't know how to play videogames I've had guys literally try to  "teach" me things about games I've been playing longer than them. They also knew this when they asked.

I once had a guy ask me if I wanted him to walk me through the entirety (and I do mean the entirety) of BG3 (Hi! Hello! Regular honor mode player here.👋✨) and one asked me if I knew Skyrim had mods and if I knew how to install them. (This was after I told him how I had been playing Skyrim,at the time, for 5+ years.)

Something you collect: Nerd merch. I have a lot of Loki related items and different Funko pops. I also have a Ghost replica that lights up (not to mention a lot of nerd shirts/sweatshirts including a Cayde-6 one.)

Something you forget:

I'm not really sure. If I forget anything I must have forgotten it. 😉

What's your love language?: Probably all, if we're being honest.

Movie:The Lion King (the original, not the cgi one)

Show:I've watched both Once Upon a Time and Firefly a ridiculous amount of times. Like...I know the dialogue as I'm watching it ridiculous (At least the first season of Once,I didn't memorize all of the seasons 😂).

Favorite food: Probably pizza? 🍕 

Favorite animal:I really like Lions,Tigers and Wolves. Owls are my favorite bird.

Are you musical?: I was a theater kid growing up.I was in musicals and talent shows. I sing still. In school I played piano,drums,steel drums, trombone and guitar. Now I mostly use those talents as a bard in RP/videogames.😅 (A friend of mine and I recently watched the d&d movie and when the bard appeared she pointed at the screen and said "It's you!")

Favorite subject in school:English and music both have my heart.❤️

Least favorite subject:Math.

What's your best character trait?: I'm kind and just a really caring,loving person.

Worst character trait: That kindness does not extend to myself most of the time.

If you could have any job you wish what would it be? Gods, I don't even know. Growing up I wanted to be an architect, then a soldier, then a cop/detective. I'd like to think I'd want to be an author, but I am like,. way too insecure for that. And I'm pretty content with my current position and what I do, I just wish corpo season wasn't murdering me.

Hobbies: I'm an aerialist and my mains are dance trapeze and lollipop lyra but I love all types of circus so that's the main thing I do outside of work, beyond that I do mostly creative stuff, embroidery, photography, weaving, writing, i used to do classical singing, conlanging, i love learning so lots of reading and watching educational stuff, watching tv shows ofc, hiking when i get the chance

If you could have any job you wish what would it be?: probably a park ranger or wilderness medic of some sort, i love emergency medicine and it's my current job (in hospital) but i would really enjoy to be able to work outdoors maybe in the NPS

it’s not weird to love it and comment and leave kudos because the author will probably still see it someday and it will make them happy.

it’s not weird to like said author’s work so much that you want to go look for other fics from them.

it’s not weird to go through the authors profile and look for other fics from the ships you like (or maybe some that you’ll give a chance because you liked the author) and maybe bookmark them for later.

it’s not weird to read these other fics and like them too and comment on them because you actually like them and you want to let the author know.

it’s not weird to read fanfiction from 5, or 8, or 10 years ago and actually enjoy and engage with it because it’s perfectly normal to relate to something that’s less than a decade old!

let’s stop treating fanfiction like they’re instagram posts that stop being interesting in 24 hours! fanfiction is NOT social media, fanfiction is art!!! and art doesn’t get old in one day, one year, or even a decade!
