goals for 2026: -Listen through all of the Mac DeMarco "One Wayne G" album (specific, but it's like a fun little daily project! I focus on a song or two whenever I can)

-Finish a novel outline

-Read fifty books (comics and stuff are included)

okay okay! i didn't do everything i was supposed to yesterday, but i did a fair amount. that's good stuff! i also did more schoolwork than i needed to. i started writing this post an hour ago, but got my first nosebleed in maybe six years on the middle of it. crazy morning! regardless, here's the plan, stan.

today's schedule:

-ANOTHER history project because this teacher wants all of us students to perish. i'll count how many i did for this class at the end of the year and i knowwww it'll be an apalling number

-put away my laundry

-bind my books!!!

-stygian unslaught

-FINALLY finish editing my fic

-don't let the forest in by c.g. drews! i'm excited to get into this one.

-birthday card for friend

-card plans for my teachers

-bracelet for my friend's advent calendar (because i like to plan in advance)

okay, yesterday was also just me not doing anything that i needed to. not optimal!! like super not optimal!! this is a very important time of year!! my issue is that i just want to distract myself. it's not even that i find distractions fun, i just want to do something easy, so i pace my room for three hours and suddenly it's nine. how do i stop doing that? discipline i reckon. let's figure out how much good i can do myself today!!

today i've tried a new list format in my agenda. i have high hopes! today is a liiiittle crazy, but i think it'll be great. i've been helping my sister with work, but she is having some trouble with studies. i speak french + understand the work she's doing, but i'm no teacher. it's hard to get someone to learn something they really hate. mad respect to teachers on that.

it's june! happy pride everyone!!! it is also the start of the craziest month of school. we've all got this. things are going to be okay :) time to focus on honing some skills, working through projects, and learning. this month will ROCK because i will make it rock. woooo!!

talking to people works. it works!!! communication is the literal only way to get anywhere. it's one of the most productive things you can do. yesterday went great! today, i am locking the hell in, so i can finish my may goals in these last two days. wooooo!! i can DO this!!!

ughhhhh. school is hard and being a person is harder. time for a crazy tough talk (hopefully the habs game won't hurt so bad and will soften the blow?) with a friend that i really hope goes well. yesterday, i read nearly to the end of 11/22/63, and holy SMOKES has it been a cool book. i'd recommend if you're a speculative fiction kind of person, and if you have the dedication to spend on an 800+ pager. anyways, this evening is going to be tough and busy, and i'll have to see what is made of it. regardless, i'll come through it with something. i always do.

This is a really hard time for me. I'm learning to move past things, I'm learning to process and express anger, and I'm learning how to be myself. That's not easy. It feels kind of lonely, and it makes me feel like i'm treading water. This isn't a cry for help, I'm safe and actually doing pretty well, it's just difficult. It's hard to get over the things I'm getting over. I'm simply wanting to be clear, that this account is a progression of my improvement and accomplishments. I'm healing, and there's a fuck of a lot of work in that, and getting through it all right now is just as productive as finishing books, writing, working, and all of that.

Today's schedule:

-I'm going to read that chapter of the thing I've been saving, because I need a good reward.

-I'm going to start formatting my book for lit.

-I'm going to write a card for my friend

-I'm going to write a song

-I'm going to work on my self indulgent fanfiction about personal growth (this is one of the most effective coping mechanisms, my friends. I swear by it.).

-I'm going to work on my book.

-I'm going to the school event.

-I'm going to be okay.

Doing this late today! I'm taking it off school for, get this, school. I've got lots of work involving recording that school is too loud for. Annoying! But we persist! Let's do this!

I got that history project done!! The power of sitting down and doing something. I've got lots of goals lined up for this month, and I'm not all too happy with where we are. Let's fix that today, and knock some things off the list!!

For the life of me, I can't seem to bring myself to work on that history project! So today, when I finish it, I'll reward myself by wishing on Genshin Impact(my rewards are usually this game, haha). This project is my main focus. I NEED to get it out of the way.
