i wait for chapter 5 of deltarune

Originally I thought of something like: boss darkners being the same as titans in nature but having consciousness the same way as smaller darkners do; kind of like a special titan that isn't necessarily destroying anything; and that is why they are much stronger than other darkners and can manipulate the dark world they are in. Also I thought about how boss darkners are fixated on lighters much more than other darkners - they seek the grand purpose which is an alternative to their purpose of destroying anything in their wake. In my AU Tenna and other boss darkners perceive lightners as more important to them than their subjects, to the point they may not care what happens to their world and the darkners. In one scenario in my mind, Tenna started transforming into a Titan because he started believing the only way to truly erase unhappiness in Kris' life is by...destroying the world

So in my head it meant that boss darkners could become Titans if they choose to destroy and start having malicious or dark intentions

i imagine titans are darkners' enemies because darkners' purpose is to help the lightners and Titans just destroy and bring harm.. So it would make sense how the darkners don't really like their queen/king/lord much but they follow their lead because those bosses are technically also darkners and are powerful enough to keep the world running
