Hey! Yes I remember the monster coloring book pages... I dont know who's the artist though, it's probably someone at trigger but from what I can tell the exact artist isn't listed in the page or anywhere I could find.

At first I thought the coloring pages were done by Kui but now looking closer I'm not sure

Can't tell... well actually, looking at the mermaid it's probably not Kui?

Checking the memorial book for similar styles (since there the artists are credited) there's these page by Shimada Sayaka (嶋田清香) and Kataoka Chiharu (片岡 千春)
