To expand on this a little bit. Just because Creation might not respond this week (or ever) doesn't mean you shouldn't send them a message.
If you're really upset about the lack of a Cockles panel and want to know if any of the conventions this year will have one, send out those emails.
And if you want to really get your point across, you can email Adam (one of the owners) at [email protected] (I know that address is correct, so I think it's safe to assume you could contact Gary, the other owner, at [email protected].)
Edited to add the text of the automated response you get when you email Creation (which I just received):
Thank you for contacting Creation Entertainment. This is a confirmation that your email has been received.

Have an issue and you're AT the convention? Please come to see us at the convention Registration desk and speak to someone ON SITE (we are less likely to be able help with an issue after the fact)
Attending a Show This Weekend? If your issue relates to a convention happening this weekend, please visit the registration desk on-site for assistance.
Customer Service emails sent during the week of a convention may not be read until the Tuesday after the event.
Customer Service Hours Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Pacific Time) Please note that response times may be delayed during convention weeks and holidays.
Also edited to add that if you are sending an email to anyone at Creation, please be polite about it. They aren't going to respond well to getting attacked (and I don't blame them).
