A RIDDLE, PRIEST. HOW DO YOU MAKE A PORTAL TO HELL?

This text is my comment under my art. Im REALLY BIG FUN of space and stars. I was very sensitive to the Barney metaphor because cmon he is definitely NOT Moon. The moon symbolizes loneliness and longing, and perhaps Barney can be described like this, but it also makes him independent. He's a very deep character with his own inner world a.k.a. Earth with humans u know. But without Gordon... his fate is unenviable. Gordon gives life like the sun, but he also burns.

I see a very clear parallel.

Panic was never a factor

I looked into the maw of a burning reactor

And so my soul could soar with my heart on the altar of science
