"Mindfulness just asks that you start to invite more awareness to your life." (@aubreyyrenee) This morning, I took 5 minutes while sitting in my car in the parking lot at work to be mindful. Lately, I have not be present. I've been out of touch and focus. There's been negativity brewing in me and obsessive thoughts have been crowding my brain. My spirit had been exhausted. I created intentions to reset, refocus and relax. I'm spending a week rejuvenating my soul, creating mindfulness/awareness and resting the pace for myself.
