i don't understand how you could make me feel so beautiful and make me smile every-time you’d message me. 

you took away any negative thoughts I had about myself. I felt pretty because of the bullshit you fed to me. 

in the amount of time it took for you to make me feel so “special” you ruined me.

I was trying to become a girl I thought you’d want.

You’d slowly start to break my heart, you’d tell your best friend how you felt so trapped living with her, or how you were so ready to leave her.

I hoped you would so maybe I’d be the girl you wanted to be with. 

Then i’d see pictures of you with her and how happy you looked and my heart would start to break.

I’d wait for a text or snapchat from you but it never came.

the rumors around town were you had found new side pieces.

I don’t understand how you had built me up so ,much and yet manged to do more damage to me.
