I can’t even coherently express how jazzed I am about the nature here. Like, this waterfall just exists. 🤯

It’s been a hell of a day! It started at 2am, Omaha time. So I’ve been awake 19 hours at this point. Almost missed both my flights because airports are stupid, and then both flights were delayed! I had to run through the Denver airport like I was in a movie or something and got to my gate right at last call. Then I landed in Portland, drank a smoothie, and saw SO MANY WATERFALLS AND TOOK SO MANY PICTURES AND I WAS SO FRICKIN PUMPED! And as if the day couldn’t get any better, I had gluten free fish and chips! Kris and Sam are showing me the best time, and it is only day one!

Twelve weeks old! Looking more like miniature cats than roly-poly kittens. They have discovered the joy of sunbathing in windows and playing with things they shouldn’t. Cat-proofing this weekend to give them the run of the house. Let’s see how much damage they do! 😂
