Growl. Slam. She had pushed the wolf against a wall, hands firm upon the wall as she stared at him. Amelia was certainly stronger than realized.

“Then… I apologize. Perhaps my charter made some poor calculations on the journey here. Hm.”

Swiftly, the lupine’s clawed hand reaches her throat while knee lifts and impacts her gut. Stained, yellow teeth bared, he uses the opportunity to thrust his weight up off of the wall before yanking her into his place, face-first against the surface he’d just freed himself from while growling in a threatening manner. 

“Don’t know who taught ya that it’s okay to come around some stranger’s territory and start physically assaultin’ the Lord.” Gripping his claws into the captain tighter, he presses his weight into her form to keep her pinned. “But we don’t exactly take kindly to that here in Sargasso.”

“Perhaps comin’ to me with seemingly hostile intent wasn’t exactly the best advised option. Very well.” Their hands were somewhat free. With her strength, she elbows him into the gut just enough to get a reactionary push back. The change would provide her with enough time to quickly turn about and brandish a rather intricate looking flintlock, pushing it into his chest. The feline was rather agile. “A few minutes here and I have already taken a liking to you, dear. . . Amelia Smollett; however, you may just call me Amelia.”

“My jurisdiction here is to speak of trade routes with the Cornerian Navy proper. You certainly aren’t of the sort given your raggedy attire.”

Ouch.

“For someone that holds herself like she’s clenchin’ her asshole shut, you’re pretty far off the mark. Must’a read your compass wrong. This is Sargasso Space Zone, not Corneria. We’re not affiliated with Pepper.” 

“Do you wish to close this gap between us and blabber off? Do be my guest.”

This man really comes up to her and tries to put her down? Pathetic.

“Lost lamb? Do you not know whom you’re speaking to?”
