Peach Cups || Jade + Lee
Every person has that one, terrible treat they could never be sick of. For Lee, it was diced peaches in syrup. More times than zie could count, zie was given a mild lecture on how there's no point to processed fruits, but Lee couldn't care less. Even Jade sometimes had things to say about Lee's habits, and as much as zie didn't want to disappoint them, the peaches always won.
Lee wasn't one for reading, and so, those who knew zir knew that zir trips to Verbatim weren't to find a good book, but to catch a glimpse of zir old friend. With a fruit cup in each cargo pocket, Lee pushed open the door to the shop, looking about the aisles zie had looked over countless times before. There was no sign of Jade among the books, or even the tables. Still, zie didn't lose hope. Zie took a seat at one of them and held onto the pockets, making sure the cups didn't get accidentally sat on.
