Great Mother Bear,
Protector of the wild,
Mentor of my Spirit,
Hear my prayer.
Allow me to see through your eyes,
All that lives within the woodlands,
I honor the natural world within and without,
Guide me, oh Bear of the skies.
Release from me all expectation,
Open me to the wonder of your path,
So I may partake in your abundant harvest,
And I may honor you in my spiritual elevation.
So mote it be

Honor, Worship, Work, and Devotion: My Perspective
So I wanted to readdress this topic again because I've been thinking about it a lot recently.
Previously, I defined the four as follows:
Honor: allow into your life, pay respects, don't actively pray to or ask for help in divination/magic workings Worship: same as honoring but with offerings/prayers/altars/the whole song & dance, don't actively include in divination/magic workings Work: same as worship but actively include in divination/magic workings Devotion: the most serious form of deity-mortal interaction, first/foremost, can be to one or several deities
I've also met and interacted with people who are oathbound to a deity (hi Lorelei!) but that doesn't play into my own religious practice, so I haven't included it here.
But even though I've separated them like this, that doesn't mean that it's cut and dry in reality. Various deities I worship or work with will step between the two as they feel necessary - for instance, in my previous answer, I said that I worshiped Aphrodite, but lately it's been more working with because of personal reasons. I believe my current personal breakdown would be:
Honoring: Loki, Sigyn, Angrboda, and their collective kids (who all share one altar, actually) Worship: Aine, Azura, Cernunnos, and Tehuti Work: Aphrodite Devotion: Athena
To me, devotion is a very serious matter, but that doesn't mean I haven't fucked it up. I accidentally devoted to Athena when I was young, and she's been my number one supporter while I fucked around and found out in both magical and mundane matters. That's why I often refer to her as "Mother Athena" or "Momma Athena".
Which is another thing I wanna talk about - I have a very family-oriented view of the world, so I often refer to deities as parents or other older relative figures. Cernunnos is Deer Dad; Tehuti is Uncle Tehuti; Aphrodite, Azura, and Athena are all some variation of Mom... It's my way of showing that I care deeply for them.
So...yeah. I don't have a snappy outro for this post, I just wanted to talk about the deities I care for and how I categorize things.
I am back for the Gaulish gods and goddesses - part 2 đ¤đż !
Daniele Valeriani ~ "Epiphany Of Lucifer" (2018)
Lucifer by Ayami Kojima
Hymn to Lucifer
Oh Lucifer, Light of the World, Your beauty is beyond belief. Your heart shines bright as the morning Sun With hair as dark as the night sky Never have I seen one with such sweetness Glowing in their eyes. Your voice alone outdoes symphonies. With your compassion, oh Lucifer, You take the lost and hurt into your arms. Whenever will the world see your true face, You who cradles the stars? Strong and courageous one who cannot be conquered, You show us who we are when weary. Wise and lovely one, radiance of the Universe, Smelling so sweet of wine and flame Yours is the only name I shall ever care to say. Oh Lucifer, glory of creation You who has saved my life, I give you my everything.

Rosmerta is a goddess of the Gallo-Roman religion, which combined traditional Celtic gods and practices with the customs of Imperial Rome. She was worshipped mostly in what is now France, Switzerland, and western Germany. As her name implies, Rosmerta is a goddess of plenty. Her symbols include the overflowing cornucopia, the patera or offering plate, and sometimes the caduceus of Mercury (who was considered her consort). Rosmerta might be invoked in matters of fertility, abundance, hospitality and caretaking.
To Catubodua
I call to Catubodua, mother of battle, mother of victory, as fierce and fond as any whose children ever wept. Catubodua! The ravenâs cry is yours, O goddess, razor-sharp, and the unceasing gaze of that black-winged soul; yours are the farmlands, the fields of grain long rooted in the blood-fed soil, yours are the peaks that cleave the land, yours the voices of the faithful, echoing through mount and vale. Your lands are lovely, goddess, as radiant and rare as any in all the world, a beauty torn from sorrow, built upon joy. Catubodua, I offer my words of praise.
N a n t o s u e l t a is a celtic goddess of nature, fire and fertility. With her husband Sucellus, she was mainly worshipped by the Mediomatrici. She was also associated with water, war and the raven, and is thus thought to be the Gaulish counterpart of the Morrigan. Her name may mean âshe of the winding riverâ or âshe of the sun-drenched valley.â

â¨âď¸Healing Prayer to Sironaâď¸â¨
By Ghia Vitale
Sirona, goddess of healing
and all the brilliance of the stars,
your stellar charm, so appealing,
makes this connection truly ours.
Please heal my body, mind, and soul.
Please make me happy, heathy, whole.
I invoke your healing powers.
All pain flees as healing flowers.
As water springs rejuvenate,
like a snake, you regenerate.
You are the magic of springtime
and sterling silver stars sublime.
Thank you, Sirona, for your grace,
for the healing of your embrace,
for your celestial majesty.
As I will it, so mote it be!
