This week was Semana Santa, otherwise known as semana tranca. We went to San Bartolo and stayed in a cute, little, hostel-like AirBnb. The first night we went to a reggae concert at a club called Dragón del Sur. Andrew Tosh, the son of a member of Bob Marley and the Wailers, played. The next night we went to a little fair where there were lots of food trucks. We got wings and drinks that day too. That night, we went to a really nice club called Resident, built in an old castle.

Also the Empanaditas de Lomo Saltado again. Yum.

Breezy and I needed some American food, so we headed to LarcoMar to eat at Chilli’s. We had margaritas and fajitas, then enjoyed a Bloody Mary at sunset.

Also a nice coffee shop near campus that’s inside of the grocery store.

This was a night when we were all craving wings, so Breezy, Delia, and I made wings and fries with carrots and celery.
