This is problematic, some people are not very good at pronouncing similar sounds. This is why I propose to have a change, and because the c̃ is nowhere to be seen in any other languages, therefore it's not on your keyboard (I use the IPA keyboard to individually add the ◌̃ to a normal c), and in some languages it's used normally, like Portuguese and French (excluding Turkish because it makes a different sound).
