my first recipe! adjust to your liking though, and for littles I recommend decaf so they aren’t running around all day :)

3/4 cup coffee of choice (I use medium roast)

1/4 cup milk of choice, frothed (I like oat and almond milk for this)

1 1/2 tbsp sweet cream

3 tsp brown sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

a few shakes of ground cinnamon

a drizzle of white chocolate sauce

steps:

make coffee and add cinnamon to infuse with coffee, add 2 tsp of the brown sugar, froth milk with sweet cream and vanilla, then add to coffee. top with cinnamon, white chocolate drizzle, and 1 tsp of brown sugar, and enjoy!

friendly reminder that regression won't always be sunshine and rainbows there's going to be times when your crying into your carer/stuffies arms or putting on cartoons to drown out the negative feelings in your head and it doesn't make you any less valid if you experience these big emotions more than happy ones and just because people online seem to have happier times regressing doesn't mean that's reality social media isn't always true some people just show what they want people to see on social media
