I def notice a change since my last post! Im so happy with my results from my workouts. I should do a before and after.

Pay attention to their actions and not their words.

The right person will care & wont make you feel the way you feel now.

Some guys want to say “she’s crazy” but they dont say what they did to get her to that stage. If anyone ever says shes crazy, just remember he probably made her that way.
