sitting like a damn toddler playing with fucking lincoln logs, this is a soldier, a grown man that man was taking orders every day, he was chopping logs, fishing, finishing structures, crafting fires but now suddenly he's treated like a baby all because of what??? brain damage? are you JOKING. what if he didn't have brain damage, then what? you'd actually treat him with some damn respect rather than representing him like this? that man was more than capable of complex tasks, basic ones too, he could still walk, he understood language, he could eat and drink on his own, he was comprehensive of his surroundings, could identify and run from danger, he could express himself through certain gestures. now you treat him like he can't even think for himself, sat on his ass by himself in a dim room fiddling with his fingers and children toys. GODD it pisses me off, my fingers are trembling with the unbridled disdain i have for this. this mockery. not just of kelvin but of mentally disabled people in GENERAL.

and the way your character just slowly strolls in and looks down at him, awkwardly messing around with the logs while he seems to be on a completely different planet, then signs a little "thank you" and clumsily destroying the house, it truly makes it feel like we're looking down at him with pity and humor like. "wowwww look at this guys he's playing with toys!!! so funny right? laugh at this disabled man!!!!" fucking hate this ending with every fiber of my being.
