There's a strain of weariness around the edges. Drained from the day's work. But the light never wavers. His warmth is obvious even now. Even through the haze and dust on his glasses. He pushes it up, tucks it over his head and behind his ear, as if his weary and blurred vision would be made clearer by the act. But then again, he'd recognize his daughter anywhere.
