CHASING RIGHTS

Kuranta ears flick curiously at the sound of another operator. Her grumbling has attracted attention? Sometimes things just work out. Catching sight of the Sarkaz, our organizer-clutching researcher beams a smile.

For a moment, a simple frame within movements, the Sarkaz seemed genuinely puzzled, frozen even, from that lightly disconcerting chuckle. Only to play up her jester’s acts, assuming fourth teasing this Kuranta. “Oh? You just /need/ to do something right? What’s your method of payment, Researcher?” 

They don’t know each other, or rather that Sarkaz demolitionist isn’t a familiar to him. Still she’s giving fleeting glances and casual giggles as if she does know something. It could be chalked up as just harmless teasing but she holds herself different. W… She seems the definite type to know more than she lets on.

Wait her out. If she’s casually tailing him around, even if by coincidence, then catching her shouldn’t any troubles here. Well, rather all the chips are placed on that she’ll allow herself the confrontation. A gamble the pays off it seems as he sees the frilly dressed Sarkaz turn the corner, same smirk as always.

     “If you’ve got some type of beef with me then I’d suggest you step on up and come clean with it. You keep staring and staring and you’re going to start grating on my nerves. Recognize me or are you just staring at my brand? Just what are you after from me?”

“Oh? You finally noticed my dying affection, Jester?” Redirecting. Pops out the act, crimson jaded jewels lighting up, as if driven by a chemical mixture of obsession & curiosity. Fangs baring, where her right hand places on her hip, opposed of her left, as if she was on guard. “It’s not my faullt we keep encountering like this, maybe fate has something for us.” Pucked her lips. Hinting at a boldface lie, pretending that all this time she ‘bumped’ into him, hoping that maybe one day senpai Jester can help her with these fallen reports, eyes meeting where love blossoms-

Not in a dozen years. 

“I just wanted to know the local clown around here, you made a name for yourself after all~.” Her head tilts, hand resting upon her rough cheek. After all, she didn’t fight a lung for no reason than her target. Even if she lost but that doesn’t matter. 

Slowly, she comes fourth, invading his personal space somewhat by being bit too close for comfort.

“…A sandwich?”
