gentle reminder that if u feel like time is flying by, note down all the good things that happened to you in the previous month. it might not seem like much but it really does ground you and make you realise just how many things you got to experience. in a day and age where we lose most of our time to technology, we sometimes unintentionally merge days together. sit down, reflect. you’ll be surprised at how much you remember and how warm and fuzzy those memories make you feel.

you don’t talk too much. you aren’t too loud. you aren’t too needy. you aren’t too sensitive. you aren’t too this, or that. you aren’t too much anything. you will never be too much: you are you, and you are allowed to take up space. you are allowed to exist however you choose.
